Hotel was really class, fine facilities, room was unreal no complaints, everything you’d need, well one small complaint - when I first got there the receptionist was cold let’s say, no greeting I handed her my details and I smiled said hello she wasn’t friendly I made a sarcastic comment “ I’m fine how are you” or something to that effect, no eye contact, but she changed quick and said sorry smiled and said hello we can all have off days it was busy in fairness, I was waiting a long time for my luggage and phoned down she said she’ll get the Porter to bring it straight away but after half hour I gave up and just went and got it myself, but the Hotel perfect, really nice pool area and unusual a Dart 🎯 Board, fabulous looking Gym didn’t use it, breakfast was really nice, lovely omelet cooked fresh there on front if you, very reasonably priced, really helpful servers, the area round the hotel had everything, literally everything, Restaurants, Late night shops, Barbers, shopping malls, Supermarkets, I’d definitely stay there again when I’m in Dubai oh literally 10 minutes from The Port, and mybe 15 minuets to Airport

The Ramada Jumeirah is a very well located hotel. It has an excellent and helpful service team. It looks like a luxurious hotel but with affordable prices. There is a good pool on the rooftop, business center room, 2 restaurants and 2 bars. The room size is big and everything works very well. The air-conditioning system is powerful and we even had a bathroom. We were very satisfied in Ramada Jumeirah.

We have been to the Ginger restaurant, at the hotel Ramada Jumeirah, for the oriental brunch that they have every single Friday. It's a all you can eat buffet including different treats from Japanese, Chinese and Thai cuisine. It also includes water, juices and soft drinks (or beers and wines if you opt for alcoholic version of the brunch) and all the offered desserts. The price is quite good and it's highly recommended if you crave for quality oriental food.

I traveled along with family for a holiday trip. Hotel is very well located. Very good facilities, amenities and services. Staff was very helpful. Only thing they should have more eating options. I mean there should be more restaurants particularly some Indian restaurants. Valet parking is very good. Lobby is quite spacious and well furnished. Good rooms, clean, well furnished and well maintained. I would recommend this for family stay.

Stayed for 8 days. We Checked in late hours around and this was intimated well advance. We wanted to order food as my kid was feeling hungry. We all three were tired and hungry. It took 45 mts for them to respond us to just take the order. Top of it they have given us room in Smoking corridor and the room was filled with cigar smoke smell.. We had severe throat irritation and cough. We asked them to change the room. Since it was late night and availability was not there, they convinced us to shift room next day morning. They said will send Service person with room freshener. Again for that I had to call multiple times. Next day after multiple follow up, our room was shifted around afternoon. Post which we enjoyed and there were no complaints and we had our itinerary busy. We did not like the buffet food.Initial couple of days were OK. MENU was boring with same item day after the other. It was completely international buffet and same items next 7 days.. Boring!!!

If you reach the place you will find it accessible and the whole exterior of the place is perfect. It seems like you are walking into a palace from outside view. As I entered staffs are very accommodating especially the employees in the restaurant. We had a good service and food is remarkable. I recommend it to my friends as a place to stay in and to visit everything is awesome.

The food here is very good.. butcher's block on Thursday can be a very good option if you are looking to go for dinner unlimited meat options are available on this day.. worth the price.

We went here for celebrating my birthday at Ginger restaurant. They offer Thai and Japanese food that we really love that is why we keep on coming back here. The tom yum soup, sushi, papaya salad and other Asian dishes are very delicious. They also offer buffet brunch on Fridays that have all the selections that will keep you wanting to eat more.

Very clean prestigious hotel. Friendly professional staff. Large living quarters with everything u need. Nice restaurant choices and a roof top pool/bar. Classy clientele, with a ambiance about the place. Need taxis to travel to most places, but hey this is dubai duabi and transport is cheap. Highly recommended to families.

Honnestly, i dont know what to say about this hotel. Very bad experience, i was coming at 2am, they are asking me to wait until 2pm, so i pay 275 aed just to stay in for half day, after that i paid the booking and they add 200aed in the prices for taxes, also i didn't like the prices of their restaurant to much expensive and not even tasty :)

Very Bad experience .at 08 am I went to have a room and The lady in the reception wanted me to stay 05 hrs in the lobby to get the room then!!! She wanted me to pay half a day price if I wanted to get the room now..I even told her that I will give you the room back at 07 am tomorrow as I have my flight early morning..but she just said not possible..I left and went to holiday Inn express and they welcomed me Emidiatly..

Very very bad hotel. I never saw like this hotel service ever. Reception very very bad. Behave very bad. At midnight I change hotel due to behave. Check in time they request me 1 hour wait rooms not ready at midnight 1 am. As my room booked before. All the way very bad. In my life I will not stay this hotel ever. My promise. At night 1 am I changed hotel , my life first Expriance. 😢😢🙄🙄

Stayed at the Ramada Jumeirah hotel for 5 nights and everything from start to finish was great
Lovely staff always welcoming and happy to answer any queries
The pool and jacuzzi were great so was the breakfast. Will definitely be using them again for my next visit to Dubai.
