Good hotel to stay in DubaiBest thing is it s close to the metro. Hotel staff is very polite. Food is average. Even though hotel looks a bit old the cleaning staff seems to be taking a good care of it. Rooms are clean and serviced very well, staff who came to clean was very fndly and polite.

It was a good place to stay in Dubai,al Barsha.

As they provide cheap and best accommodation in Dubai with amble facilities.

As well greatest and heavy breakfast.
I invited my friends also to have the great experience with an additional pay for each ( 50% discounts, if we go through the hotel guest.)

Anyway I happy to be here. In future also I will be here in such cases.

The stay of 12 days was very pleasant, the staff very helpful and accommodating. An
Special thanks to the supervisor Rayan and the waitress Shiva booth are very kind and helpful. I will miss the hostility give booth many greetings. The location for the hotel is good short way to the metro and with the car is also easy to go anywhere in short time. I will come next again.

Hotel is overall nice. Staff is friendly. Multi-cuisine breakfast is offered with a lot of variety. But the rooms are very compact, especially the attached baths which may not be able to accommodate a person with a large frame.. trust me!

Very nice hotel with excellent staff service. Location is good as well as the metro is only about 10 min walk. Shops and restaurants are near as well in case you need anything. Hotel rooms are good and spacious. Front desk was also very helpful in guiding you if you are staying for the first time. Taxi are also easily available. Rates are little high in my opinion otherwise overall it's all good and fantastic. Enjoyed my stay here

I stayed here for a short Business trip. Even though the bathroom is small, believe it is sufficient for a single person.
Budget wise also not at expensive side.
Room service is very excellent. Rooms are neatly maintained..

Best of all, they had 24 x 7 restaurant where one can order for room delivery. I think it is must for someone like since I reached the hotel at midnight and had supper at 2 am 😀

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days this month (Nov. 2017). The hotel caters to very rude guests. We had a number of papers written in Russian left in our door advertising fur tours which we didn't want. Also the hotel needs to provide security for the shuttle bus service to the beach as many Russian tourists who don't know English would fight for a seat on the bus without understanding that more are coming- my wife was physical assaulted and punched by one random Russian male hotel patron who pushed her out of the way to get a seat, as well as by a rather large female Russian guest. I also was assaulted and punched by two male Russian guests trying to also get a seat- and I am recovering from spine surgery. The security was unable to control them and refused to get police involved. This hotel is extremely irresponsible and doesn't follow the law or protection guests from such problems. I gave it a two star as the rooms were clean and well kept, although small. But the approach of the hotel to the assault of my wife and I by other (drunk?) Guests on a few occasions to just ignore it is completely horrifying. Bring a bodyguard if you want to stay here.

Good for a day or two especially for business travellers. Rooms are small and toilet is very too small. XL sized guests will have some problem.

I stayed with the Ibis Al Barsha for 3 weeks. Big Mistake. This is the worst budget hotel I have ever stayed with. There is no help, no coordination, no accommodation, nothing. My room smelled very strongly of cigarettes even though the floor was "non-smoking." Everything in my room was broken, and after calling for maintenance MANY times, they never arrived and the items remained broken. Housekeeping would frequently throw away my things. The vending machines were always broken, room service would often ignore calls and fail to deliver orders. The WiFi never worked. The showers were never cleaned. they even threw out my coffee machine. I cannot say enough bad things about this hotel.

Head to Casa Latina on the ground floor. The only really dive bar in town. Depending on the night, you'll be pleasantly surprised with a hip crowd and good music.

Very clean Hotel and Average price .
But it is minimum for 3 star hotel!!!
It could be better than this!!!!
Most of the three star hotels have more facilities than this!
Asked to bring slippers to my room and they told they will charge the room😱😱😱😱😱
It is first time that I see something like this!!!!

This is super vanilla for money. I paid 20 dollars a day, including breakfast for 2. The rooms are clean and well maintained. All electronics work well in the room. The water bottle are free of cost. This hotel is walkable from Sharad dg metro station.

As you know, it's a budget hotel with small but good rooms and good service. Staff is cooperative but not very well trained. The food they offer in the buffet is good compared to other hotels. View from the windows of your rooms is not good compared to the other nearby IBIS hotel located behind Mall of the Emirates.
Sports Bar based on the sports theme is quite appealing. You will find mostly non-english speaking Europeans here.

I and my husband booked this hotel 2 months ago for almost a week. And they exactly cancelled our booking just before our flight to Dubai without even informing us. The reason we assumed is just that v booked this hotel with a good price. And we got to know about our cancellation when v arrived Dubai airport n were heading to the hotel and v called them to make sure the address but the staff was so rude they were not even helping us out with the location n clearly told us that they cancelled our booking without giving us the valid reason, staff was really rude and later they didn't even apologize. We still remember all the hassle we had to go through. I don't think v ll book this hotel ever again.

We had no problem checking in at all. The night staff were nice and polite. We were staying on the fourth floor. The room was tiny. Cleanliness is certainly an issue and especially the shower, there is a lot of mold between the tiles which I didn't really appreciate. For the same rate you can definitely get something better. The "trolley" guys helped us the first 2 days then all of a sudden it became "self serv". I would say it's it looks more like a motel to me. WIFI keeps on disconnecting

There is another Ibis a kilometer away closer to the mall of Emirates which is 10 times cleaner and looks way better than this one. Also more things around you to do
