I loved the hotel view, it was astonishing, setup of room was really great. They took care of all the needed things required in stay. The moment I went in balcony I just dont wanted to come back. Just sit back and enjoy the midnight and dawn view.

Such a great hotel! Nice people working here working the receptions, the pool, the restaurants and the taxi fixers. Not a single thing that you expect from a hotel is missing here. Accept there is no alcohol.
But I have to say with the fruity cocktails alcohol is not needed. And if you do you can always take a taxi and be driven to good bars where they do serve alcoholic beverages.
Definitely coming back here!

Maybe becoming a bit dated now but the views are great. Most of the staff are really helpful and, I think, the rooms are good value. It has all the facilities needed and its next door to the Dubai Metro.

Was better before. Always there were several welcome chocolates and soft drinks in the fridge, now - nothing. Facilities are also become worse. I had a leaking ceiling this time.

Good hotel location, near to metro station. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, free valet parking. Btw, all front door's staff are amazing and Tumtum was the best one in my opinion. Hot and cold water was ok. For long a staying, water at metro's machines or small market 1 block away are cheaper.

Always double check the hotel amenities: I already stayed there in 3 different times. The hotel was kind of refurbished and some changes were not properly updated in some travelling websites.

Nice hotel. It was a little crowded but also high tourist time. Appreciated their desire to serve guests. No complaints, except as a guest I just felt like another member of the crowd which is reason for 4 star rating.

Second cockroach in less than a month. It's been an absolutely horrible experience. Weeks of screaming and shouting at the management. Never had such an experience in my life. we also had a fire event in the room next door and they failed to consider that me, my wife and 5 year were choking on the smoke and we had to scream and about for a room. Ridiculous

The best you can ever experience, Everything u ever need to have nice time in luxurious way , u gonna find all what u need easy and handy, Quality of food really great ( specially many thanks for ROMAIIYN in kids play area she really professional) Many thx for all staff who were professional and experienced. And room keeping staff very clean( special thx to AFTAB at main Lobby cafe and all staff at restaurant specially for mr FADY ) he made my daughter happy and delighted for Banana 🍌🍌🍌 . Many thx to shish cafe to mr ali and his partner Asian man I can’t remember his name desk special thx to staff In pool bar Egyptian man and Partner who made nice drink and lock after to keep Very safe for children , my kids liked it and insisted to stay more and to make it our destiny in future. Finally many thanks for the driver ho drop us to the airport.

I would like to to say thanks to entire team at GLORIA HOTEL, i stayed in hotel with my 2 year son for 5 nights from 23rd Oct. to 28th Oct 2017. hotel is located in media city and access to all mall and tourist attractions,JBR walk. hotels rooms are spacious and clean very well by Mr.Lijo (H.K)and Breakfast is just awesome and would like to special thanks to Alina, Fadi, Oshin, Front office staff Mr.Ahmed was outstanding he explained all things very well also suggest upseeling of breakfast. which we managed to buy for 5 nights from him. concierge helped a lot in all our outing quarries. valet (Mr.Louis) was very friendly with my kid all the time always helpful in lifting luggage and unfold kid stroller.
i would love to come back soon. once again thanks to all for making our trip awesome.

Hotel Gloria Dubai has got great pool area , the pool never gets full. Also, the fitness center has plenty of room and equipment which usual places tend to cut out. The meals served at the hotel is truly value for money may it be the portion size or the quality of food.A separate children's pool and activity area are on site. Free valet parking is also offered.

Very nice large room, helpful & courteous staffs, food at the buffet was good but limited choices compared to hotels in South East Asia. In 2016, there were some renovation underway during my stay, otherwise I'd give them a 4 star.

I have a lovely stay when I was at Gloria Hotel, the suite was spacious. There is a kitchen that includes a fridge, microwave and utensils. Staff is very friendly and if you need supplies, there is a convenient store near the lobby. Moving around, there is a subway station right outside the hotel.

Amazing experience at Dubai thanks to Gloria Hotel.

•The staff at Gloria Hotel were trully the best. They were the most loveliest people around. They always have a smile on their face, always acknowledging you, always have time to say hello. As I was mostly out exploring Dubai,I remember few names that were amazing and made my stay wonderful.

"Alamgir" made my stay soo much better, but I had met him 3rd day of my stay,wish I met him before. He was just great, he is the most helpuful guy you can find ever. Such a calm but proffesional way of talking to us.
Also "Angela" at the desks, she was soo nice,a really lovely lady who helped us alot.
"Rubel" I spoke to him few times,even speaking to him made my time better at the hotel. He should be around more.
"Duty Manager", it was this gentleman I cant remember his name I apologise, but he was the best honestly. Loved talking to him.
Also "Excursion Lady" she was just soo lovely, helped us soo much,she is soo patient,calm, really sweet, gave me and my wife compliments sweet of her. I am really sorry as I cant remember her name. She is the only person that deals with excursions.
Maybe the name tags need to be in bold writing or bigger size to remember the names 😄. Thank you to the staff

One of the best hotel in Dubai city. From my own perspective I would preferred allows staying in Gloria hotel because the staff are very helpful and so many facilities in the hotel as well.

The swimming pool is very good with nice, clean water, the gym is good too. The hotel is next to the internet city metro, so it is comfortably located. The staff is courteous and nice. The rooms are well furnished.

This hotel caters to both Business and Leisure Visitors. I stayed here for 8 weeks from 31st July 2016. I stayed in a variety of themed 1 bedroom suites in this all suite hotel. my favourite was 3803 with a Burj Al Arab View (side view) on a high floor with next to no road noise. I made the mistake of booking in 2 week and 3 week consecutive stints. However, if you book for 31 nights or more, you are given a suite in the first 8 floors which includes a full kitchen suite of electric stove and electric fan oven. Floors 9 to 38 are suites without an electric stove and electric fan oven. Every 1 or 2 bedroom suite is very large for Dubai with a balcony, lounge with sofa, working desk, dining table, large cupboard, chest of drawers. Each room has a Samsung Washing Machine with Built in Tumble Dryer - its very good. The kitchen has a large fridge and a microwave with grill function too. This hotel does not have a bar so does not serve alcohol in any of its restaurants. The gym is very good as is the steam room and sauna as well as the swimming pool. The breakfast is very diverse and the staff from door staff, security, front desk, breakfast service management - friendly, polite and genuine. Very highly recommend and deserved of its 4 stars.
