A well situated and neat block of flats within walking distance from Emirates Mall. Formally a hotel it has a great swimming pool on the top floor and a gym within. Also very impressed with all of the friendly staff who were looking after everything and everyone.

A big thank you for the very warm hospitality within our stay. To Ahmed and Angelina who were very helpful in assisting our needs and requests to make our stay memorable, to Kadeer and Joanna who timely organized the room, and to Krishna and Tej who were very friendly and made sure to extend personalized service beyond expectations and of course to Rocky who was very attentive and pro active from the time of our arrival until we check out. You all made our stay pleasant and unforgettable. We will definitely come back in any of your property and would recommend this place to our friends.

- Good service.
- Free parking.
- But reception employee was very slow while we were doing the check in. And they didn't allow us to receive the rooms till we paid fully payment in the check in, even they didn't accept to keep ID cards for warranty.

We stayed here for nearly 3 weeks while looking for a villa to rent. A few nights were very noisy with door slamming and louf talking in the hall. Outside is very noisy at night with cars and people shouting! Cleaners never once mopped the floors. The windows were filthy & one of them didn't even close - which js very important being 8 floors up with a toddler, they didn't come to fix it so we bought a stair gate so our son couldn't get to the front room. The staff were nice and friendly but other than that I don't have anything positive to say.
