Designed for both business and leisure travel, Al Waleed Palace Hotel Apartments Bur Dubai is ideally situated in Bur Dubai, one of the city's most popular locales. The hotel is not too far from the city center, just five kilometers away, and it is just 1 minute walk to lamcy plaza,a small shopping Center.
It is very clean ,wide and open rooms,very suitable and affordable apartments.staff is very friendly too.

It's good place for families and there visitors. Earlier I booked fortune classic hotel apartments in Al Quasis for 6 nights which is not clean and not good bad experience I canceled my booking thanks to Agoda I got my refund and booked Al Waleed Palace hotel. This hotel is on good location no traffic issue and the staff is very nice very helpful. Not like fortune classic hotel apartments.

It is the third time I visited Dubai and each time I stayed in Allwaleed. The hotel is well located, all facilities are at a walking distance: Restaurant, supermarket, bus stop..there is also a mall nearby called Lamcy Plaza which is closed for now until further notice.. The Oud Metha metro station is about 10 minutes by bus. The staff is friendly. I really feel at home in this hotel and it is good value for money. I used the gym.a few times..it is clean and well equipped. The swimming pool is quite small. It is true that there is no.coffee and tea available so I had to buy them. We had a studio for 2 and the kitchen accessories were enough. The room is clean even though the guy could have spent more time in making the bed. The sanitary equipment is old.but functional and clean. I will come back again for sure.

Good location in older part of Dubai. Staff good. Variety of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Kitchen accessories a bit low end. Definitely good value for money if you book online

Big and Spacious Rooms at a very nice location. Good for families. Near by many restaurants are available and they will deliver in the hotel. It is in the Heart of the city and can travel anyway in Dubai from here. Awesome Place.

Small hotel the rooom we wer in was big and nice but they only leave half a toilet roll dont clean rooms everryday swimming pools dirty and small tv only got 4 working channels wasnt happy here thank god we r going back home. They said jumeira beach is 3mins drive its a lie its 25mins drive no other beach is close to this hotel. They use dirty mops makes the whole hotel smell. Staffs polite will not be coming back to this hotel

Awesome stay. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Free high speed wifi in rooms and gym. Enjoyed a lot. Will prefer to visit again.

- the house keeping staff are generally friendly but they lack basic hospitality knowledge
- The front desk staff are helpful and efficient
- corridors can be very noisy at night sometimes
- the parking entry is unsafe as many staff use the car entrance for walking, while it has a long curve that the driver doesn't have enough line of sight!
- It was unclear for me what language to use with house keeping staff. I asked for coffee bags but what I got was sugar and tea!

This hotel is NOT suitable for clean single people or couples who wants a quiet and peaceful hotel

The hotel is very family oriented hotel of middle class and people of wealth and no class.

The rooms are clean and spacious but very run down.

Since it is a family oriented hotel, children will be running screaming and shrieking in the hall ways like zoo animals. Causing so much noise, if you to tell their parents they oils just look at you like you are a weirdo.

There are no smoking rooms, however, since many of the guests of that hotel have no class or consideration for others, they would still smoke in the non smoking rooms and you will get all the smoke through the air condition.

The customer service is good. But not enough staff, they are always very busy, therefore things don't get done quickly or correctly.

The location is very good. Taxis are easy to find to go anywhere.

The wifi is very good. But some in rooms the signal does not reach the bedrooms

Lamsy plaza right next to the hotel which is a shopping mall.

There is a great but small body building gym 5 minutes walk from the hotel called "eagle gym"
