Amazing experience during the stay. We'll maintained hotel and staff were very kind and humble. Great location too as you can walk to nearby malls and plethora of restaurants.

The hotel in last moment return money after reservation and increase the price double! I had no choice and pay extra 230 usd to same room. Nobody care about that situation. After the arrival the duty manager do not respond on request about providing invoice for new amount though the payment with double price was already withdraw from banking card. Waiting 3 days. Also hotel not slow to bring drinks and foods.

Good hotel located centre of the city, u can find many restaurants, metro station, different shopping malls on walking distance.

Good location for those who like the crowded place.

Only bad thing for this hotel is you can't bring food from outside restaurants.

Staff are very nice, cooperative and polite

Hotel neat and clean, air conditioning, warm water all good.

Hotel was somewhat OK as per 2 star category. But the staff has somewhat disappointed (especially the Guy SAJID at reception has a rude behaviour and is more interested in someone's personal life who is staying at the hotel. The Guy bring up with new rules of his own, that two nationalities can't stay together at their hotel, which was bit disappointing. His mental state was not stable i think. You can't bring outside food or drinks at the hotel as per hotel management rule during your stay, which is also a bit disappointing. Rest staff was OK except Sajid whose mental condition was not stable during welcome at hotel Reception. Prefer not to stay here.

Best location Best staff but sadly bar is closed due to new managment , just near to union metro station & bus station , also the tea time opp to this hotel is good for various tea , burgers , juices etc better then mcdonalds

It's a good deal for the price and location. However the building is quite old and the rooms are underwhelming. Cleanliness could improve. There were stains on the bed spread The WiFi only works in the rooms.

Found cockroaches (staff said since they were cleaning the vents, more cockroaches came out). No parking available. The only upside is that it is near the metro station. Some of the staff is very good the others are horrible. Not recommended for families.

This was where we stayed when we arrived at Dubai last April 2016. It is located a walking distance away from the metro as well as several restaurants and malls. The facilities are fine and would suffice if you're on a tight budget. Their plus factor is the friendliness and helpfulness of most of their staff.

Very convenient location next to Union Metro Station and bus stop. Al Ghurair Mall with Novo Cinemas just across the street. Room was clean and exactly as same as the site pictures. Towels, toiletries provided. Daily housekeeping was great. Friendly and very helpful staff starting from the reception desk. Great value for money. Would recommend for singles as well as families with budget accommodation requirement.
