Hotel location is good but bot hotel. Rooms and corridors give u bad smell all the time. Breakfast is not good. Avoid it.

This is the old hotel. And is a budgeted hotel. Food is good and staff is also polite and behavior was also good. Where as Rooms are of average size. Cleanness is moderate. Staff was hospitable. Their is also food available in Cafe. deluxe rooms are also available and those are awesome.

Very very very very Bad hotel, not clean, zero hygiene.
I found 2 rats during taking my breakfast and they was jumping on tables and between food i can't imagine how the let such a thing happened in the hotel.
I don't recommend this hotel at all.
I forgot to tell you the quality of the room is very bad and they have bery bad service.response / report this review -

Never go for the entry level rooms, they are pathetic. Dripping water from ceilings of bathroom, poor air conditioning and smell of mold. If you want to stay here, go for super Deluxe rooms, they are nice.

I am staying here for last 4 days everyday when I leave the hotel for work I ask them to change the shop clean properly as cockroaches are running around and mosquitos . But they seems don't do it properly. Asked the cleaning person to do but it seems they are paid heavily as the person was shouting unbelievable. worst EVER Hotel in Dubai.

Budgeted Hotel, Early check inn available as per availability. Recption manager is cooperative. Mr Kotesh. But rooms are not well Maintained. Bathrooms are very small. But if u require budgeted Hotel. Rush inn is on.

I wanted to check out early due to sudden change in plans . I explained it to the staff in evening . He understood the situation and guided me . Not sure about his name but he deserves to be a manager . If the staff is like him I will come back again . I am coming back in April with 4 more PPL and I will definitely stay for more than a week .
Best customer service staff . I work in service industry and I am director of business development sal de la business solutions.
I will definitely recommend the rush inn not because of the way the property is or amenities . But due to that staff . He deserves an applause.response / report this review -

Hotel staff is very hospitable. Excellent service. However, the breakfast given as complimentary is below average. Few floors have been renovated so it's good. But a few are not renovated, so the rooms are not so good and washrooms in those floors are below average. But the staff maintains cleanliness etc but overall infrastructure needs upgrade which they have started.

Not happy at all with this hotel, when we made the booking we were told that the required rooms are available, but upon reaching the hotel they gave us a substitute room, which was in OK condition, the balcony had French doors which took two of us to open em, dust n mould on the sliding rails, needs plenty of grease to get them open, wifi only available in the lobby, didn't have breakfast as we checkout early, the two club which r in the lobby, Indian and Africana played music till 3am n my word were they loud, could hear them on 6th floor Overall it's a no go. Not again for me.

In the middle of city (close to Mina Bazar). Break fast was not good. No additional facilities like swimming pool or gym. Hospitality from Staff is ok but not excellent. They also run night club in same building.

First floor you have 2 club with loud music : Africana and Indian. The music is until 3am every night. I stay at 6th floor and i can hear the bass and I cannot rest.

l dont call this an hotel, when "me" and my friends arrived at the hotel, the hotel desk seemed to be normal, but when we arrived at the room, oh my god, it was completely diferent from what we saw in the internet pictures.
The room was not clean, it had a carpet in all room so dirty, the bathroom was disgusting.
To night when I decided to sleep, I saw a baby cockroach to walking on the floor.
Im a kind of person who dont require much hotels, because when I go to a city I just want a place to sleep, but this place. I wont recommend.

WiFi is paid. Breakfast not included, despite being costly. Room's wardrobe was broken, balcony door was jammed with a broken glass, door handle was lose. Despite telling the reception nobody changed my room.
I hurt my hand badly while struggling with balcony door. Shower area is very small not just 2 square feet probably.
No plugs for Indian style chargers were available.
Reception wasn't warm.
I ordered for water. It cost me 3 Dirhams for a very small bottle of water.
The guy from kitchen who delivered me water didn't even return my change. There were two Elevators. One was non-functional.
I paid around 1,300 Dirhams for five days. Just a waste of money. Not even WiFi was free.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.response / report this review
