We spent a week in the apartment part of the hotel. Helpful, friendly staff! The best is Balu!!! (The reception) The hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was wonderful and tasty.We had a great time and will definitely return! Thank you very much for everything!!!

Honestly they’re just a basic 3 star hotel and we stayed here for 3nights only for the view of MOF I was quite disappointed with the rooms as well. Apparently, we were told that none of the rooms have balcony/window in the rooms facing the museum of future which was unbelievable as their website says otherwise and the pix too.
We booked a Junior suite with high expectations and you can see the videos & judge it xD
There was induction in the room but were restricted from using it, no proper toiletries unless we called the receptionist.
Pool access is only from 0800AM - 1900PM(False info was give by Mr.Bala that it closed 8pm) which is a bummer, given the fact that it has views of the museum they must’ve considered the timings like other hotels in Dxb.
We kept our luggage’s in the concierge on the checkout day as we had a full day tour planned in Abu Dhabi but when we were back none of the staff assisted/attended us to bring the luggage down to the taxi.
Pros ~
1. They serviced the room everyday.
2. 04 complimentary water bottles were given all days.
3. It’s opposite to Museum of future.
4. Metro is 2mins away from hotel very walkable.
5. Bathtub but no proper separate shower area if you do not wish to use it.

My time at Millennium plaza hotel was not as expected, all was going well until the last day of my stay. A receptionist named “Marrah”s behaviour with us was not at all acceptable. Her reply to a simple question from us while checking out was very rude. She did not stop there, continued to argue with us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Despite the good service and cleanliness, the hotel didn't make the right impression on me. A hotel that positions itself as a 5 star should not look like this. It barely reaches 3. Too much expensive ! Tired rooms with odor of cigarettes, no bathrobes, no coffee machine, no microwave. There is only a small electric stove, but no utensils.
The hotel has poorly thought out layout.
One of buffets stands in the aisle near the elevators,a crowd of people walks back and forth, some with plates, and some with suitcases. Breakfast is running in terrible and uncomfort atmosphere.
The hotel urgently needs an upgrade and renovation.
The location is good , in the heart of crazy and bustle downtown of Dubai.

The hotel has seen better days for sure. Made a reservation for an apartment and definitely the picture in the ad has nothing to do with what i got. The place looks shabby.

One of the oldest still-standing hotels in Dubai! All of the same-era hotels have pretty much been demolished or repurposed. The Crowne Plaza is an iconic and a major landmark in the town. You haven't been to Dubai if you haven't been to this place!

One of the oldest hotels on the Sk. Zayed road. A landmark and an Icon on its own right..!! It's a decent hotel. Idealistic location. Great restaurants and bars. Good for a stay over. Definitely recommended..!!

Except for the not so old rooms. It's perfect in every other way, like location, restaurants, night clubs, grocery stores, nice restaurants nearby, cafe and nice spa.

Good location for business meetings in sheikh zayed road. Has amenities which meet requirement. The coffee shop staff are extremely helpful and prompt. Number of good restaurants within the hotel and very close to the metro station. Approach is a concern and u may have to wait a while sometimes since it has a very small driveway.

Overall a good hotel, friendly staff, bice restaurant and the location is also very good if you want to view the city. BUT our non-smoking room was smelling heavily after cigarettes. I assume this is coming from the AC

Came here to go to the attached Trader Vic's for happy hour. It's a quick walk from the Emirates Towers metro station and is very convenient. The Trader Vic's is actually in another building attached to the hotel. You need to go up to the 3rd floor in the elevator and then follow the signs. It'll look like the wrong way, but you'll get there after 3 or 4 wrong looking turns.

Visited on a recent business trip and stayed for 4 nights. All staff was really sincerely friendly. Room was quite spacious and very comfortable. Great bathroom. Room service also quite fast. A lot of small details that makes one appreciate staying here just so much more. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza at the Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. I stayed on the 17th floor. The room was clean and tidy.

I like my hotel room toilets (bathroom to my American friends) to be exquisitely clean and indeed this met my expectations.

There are lots and I mean lots, of eating places within the hotel itself, so you don't have to go outside the hotel to have for instance Italian food or Mexican food. I didn't visit every floor in the hotel but I suspect there are restaurants on every floor.

The Sheikh Zayed Crowne Plaza is located on a busy stretch of road and you may be concerned with noise pollution but be reassured that the glass on the windows have been sound-proofed. I slept like a baby and wasn't disturbed by the traffic noise going on outside of the hotel. Lots of relaxation areas to lounge around during the day and night, if you feel like it.

Will I stay there again the next time I visit Dubai? Oh, yes, I will 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Fantastic hotel, close to the World Trade Center in Dubai. Good value rooms, great facilities on-site, but most of all the staff were/are exceptional. My week long stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai was very enjoyable and if need be, I would have been happy to stay for much longer!

This is one of the BEST hotels I tried &stayed in Dubai.
Rooms are excellent I have been upgraded to premium & it's more than excellent.

Food.. they have a verity of restaurant you choose what ever you like. I prefer Sushi

Pool it's excellent & over.

Hotel location is nerbay a lot of places.. market and other

Staff we're helpful and support.

I was there for an event. So I didn't stay in the rooms. The parking attendants and security were very courteous and helpful. The way and surrounds of the prayer area for ladies was under construction so it was difficult to find, however when I found it it was very clean.

It's a 4 star hotel in Dubai, opposite to the metro station. It has huge and well equipped meeting halls for conducting professional presentations by multi national companies.

Very nice hotel with many restaurants to choose from within the hotel and the surrounding area on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Convenient for business travellers, especially for the World Trade Centre.

Hotel wifi could be better though.

Good for business trips and for young people, also it's nice if u come to Dubai alone as this hotel has a great location and many places in one building. Such as restaurants, bars, few clubs. For this price rooms are very nicejust as this hotel is very popular its better to book beforehand. And it might be difficult to prolong your stay due to high demand of this place
One more good thing: my check in took about 5 minutes without any problemsthats unusual for Dubai

Crowne Plaza is located on main road of Dubai and accessible via metro. Hotel is clean, staff are always available. On asking staff was able to guide regarding the things not related to hotel itself. Love it.

Great rooms, amenities, facilities and staff. Stunning hotel, with excellent service. One fault. We had to put down a £500 holding deposit (no issue with this), but we were told it would take 2 days to return to the account. 10 days later we got our own money back, the excuse was an issue with their bank. As much as the hotel is beautiful, I'd think twice about going back because of that issue.

Large rooms with views on sheik Zayed strong. Good gym with facilities and many machines a bit old but working well.
Many restaurants with different specialties. Good steak house and an excellent Italian restaurant. I enjoyed staying there. Consequently to everything.
