That was my second time in Flora Gran hotel. staff are very polite, except pool and gym staff. service is great. breakfast is delicious and you have lot's of choices.

We stayed several nights at Flora Grand Hotel. The staff is really nice and friendly. The room is clean and spacious enough for 2 people. But the bathroom needs a refurbishment. It is outdated. The breakfast is good. They provide many choices. I liked the hotel. Would recommend it.

Good hotel for a few days stopover near older part of Dubai. Close to airport (but not too close that planes are bothering) and metro. Huge beds, decent breakfast. Small pool on roof (but small children not at all allowed in the water ) Would stay here again.

Staff was great but the rooms were a little crowded but you get a phenomenal deal for your money: free steam room, free pool, free sauna, free Jacuzzi. The rooms are stacked with an iron and ironing board and the room service cleans when you want them to. I really really enjoyed it. If come again any time. Also the concierge us the most helpful person you could imagine.

This is one excellent establishment. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning and they arranged a room for us straight away with no early check in fee.
The room was cleaned every day. The reception desk is open 24 hours.
The travel desk is open during the day, they are very helpful with booking day out trips and getting tickets. The prices are pretty good too.
There is a shuttle which takes you to the beach and a few other places. The metro link is literally around the corner. Getting a taxi is no problem at all.
There are many food places and shopping stores near by. The area is lively even at 3am.
The breakfast was another point which I found was better than my expectations. Again the staff are very friendly.
There is a safe in the room. A mini bar (extra charges apply). Water and toiletries are also provided.
There is a gym which is mixed use, sauna and steam room separate for men and women within the changing rooms. Jacuzzi tub and swimming pool on the roof top.
Room service response was very quick.
Even at checkout the staff were very helpful.

honestly I had great staying at Flora Grand Hotel Dubai. Reception team did a excellent job while checking in and checking out. i had a good room , i enjoy, my family like the room , staff was friendly and kids enjoy staying in the hotel and was perfect for them.There was no delays or confusion when we are leaving the hotel. Room service and house keeping service were also excellent. When I request food dish there is follow up from service to make sure we received on time and any problems . Our Room was cleaned every day and Room service staff provided us with complementary .
I would like to great thanks for Reception staff while check in/ out. they were friendly , helpful , speed up to get the room processes done when they look to us we are tired.

Had a great experience staying at Flora Grand Hotel Dubai. Reception team did a great job while checking in and checking out. There was no delays or confusion in billing. Room service and house keeping service were also excellent. Rooms were cleaned every day and their staff provided us with complementary drinks & fruits. Location of the Hotel is definitely a highlight - very close to Al Rigga Metro station and near to many 24 hours open businesses.

This place is excellent for families. Very clean the staff are very well trained. Very welcoming. Good WiFi . Restaurant have great variety of foods available. Most of all very reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone.

Nice and wonderful hotel. It is one of the reasonable priced luxury hotel with in Dubai. The area is stunning and worth staying. Shopping is easier around on the main street including restaurants of almost all type.

The worst experience i've ever had. Management and the whole Company was so filthy. I would give it a minus rating but unable. The Management of the company stink very badly. They don't deserve. Mostly Jikku John Mathews (Bloody Moron).

I am very sorry to update even in spite of staying for a long time. There was unpleasantness and lack of cooperation by front office duty manager. Even in spite of getting the booking confirmed by your corporate department was refused by assistant front office manager Looks as internal feud in departments turns to bring inconvenience to customers Hospitality industry needs to be more cooperative. When we arrived very early in the morning we got the promes that as soon as possible a room should be prepared for us. In the mean time we took a breakfast and made after that a walk in the surroundings.
Before ten oçlock our room was ready.
Everybody in the hotel was very polite and helpful. The room was very good and clean.
We had a very good time in Flora Grand Hotel and we'll certainly recommand this hotel to our family and friends.response / report this review -
