I didn’t like the hotel . I would recommend this hotel if you are waiting on your flights because it is close to the airport otherwise I will not recommend it especially if you are staying for more than 2 days.
- i have stayed 5 nights and only 1 time the room service came to clean the room despite I notify them many times to clean my room.
- TV service is very basic.

I would highly recommend grand plaza hotel.i had a memorable experience from the concierge warm welcome,great ambiance which caught my attention because of the cleanliness.

Good 4 star business hotel nearby DAFZA and airport. Good huge rooms, mostly with twin beds however. Comfortable beds, good size bathroom, just had each shower problems for keeping water temperature steady. First night a light bulb did not work, but second night bulb had been replaced without me having said it. Hotel is a few years old now and you start to see some wearing here and there, details, but still. Nothing in the area to visit, except a few good cheap eateries. Via booking you can find room only prices sometimes as low as euro 50 a night. So 4 🌟 rating.

Fantastic experience. This is just what a 4+ star hotel should be. Very pleasant and accommodating service, silent room (despite being both on a major road and near the airport), spotless, modern, and all of the amenities you would expect and more. We got a decent price, so the value was unbeatable. I would caution that we were given an upgrade to a suite facing the interior. It is possible that rooms facing the street are noisier and less plush. The only downside of this hotel is that they offer smoking rooms. If you don't book directly, you can't totally control the room assignment. I hope the hotel goes non-smoking. It's 2018. Smoking is disgusting and the risk of getting a smoking room is a strong downside. But, in our non-smoking suite, the experience was perfect.

The team is amazing. I have been surprised with a birthday cake for my birthday . The service is fantastic. Reception team & Housekeeping will always go an extra mile to assure all guests are happy.

I was treated with utmost respect and courtesy. Even though they made a mistake with my booking and didn't have a room to provide, they instead upgraded my room to accommodate for the error. Definitely a pleasure for a one night stay with no interruptions.

This hotel has some up and downs. The rooms area very large and comfortable, however mine really smelled off smoke and / cigarette. Public areas are not really luxurious. The massage service was extremely professional and comparable to a physiotherapy appointment. The location is not nice and there's nothing in the surrounding area.

Location is 10 minutes away from the Dubai Airpor Free Zone metro station. Pretty clean and good service for the hotel rates. Taxi and bus stop are just in front of the main entrance which makes travelling around convenient.

I am so in love with this hotel. Superb service from all staff. Big luxurious rooms, great gym and spa area with roof top pool. This hotel has been my stop-over home on my travel thru Dubai and I have no reason to change.

Surprised at how amazing it was for the price. Absolute value for money. Stayed here a handful of times and the experience always has been delightful. Well appointed interiors, good lobby cafe, no clubs or lounge hence no loud music, no crowd gathering. Basement parking available, as well as paid public parking next to the building. Food (in room dining) fairly priced but can be better. Overall, I'd give it 8/10

Great hotel to stay in if you are looking for a hotel not center of dubai. Staff is friendly and provide the needed help to all requests on time with no delays. Parking is available at all time and very easy to access. Totally recommended !

Amazing hotel, bit away from the city. The rooms are big and foo is awesome. The metro connectivity is there so won't be much of an issue. Try to get room on 4th floor as the sight seeing and outside view is good.

Nonprofessional reception employees

Excellent rooms good facilities, Gym, Roof Top Swimming Pool, Bar (Non-Alcoholic). Situated 5 mins walk away from a Metro Station. Good Restaurants in and around the place.
