The hotel is very close to Bur Duabi. Good spacious rooms and amenities. Apart from being a good 4star hotel it has some very good restaurants. So if you stay at the hotel you have a wide range to choose from and if you just want to have a good evening, you can select one of the restaurants. All have good food and beverages.

Booked a skyline superior room with non smoking request. The reception provided exactly the opposite with maximum discomfort by giving smoking room near to a bachelor party room with an AC system that seldom works. To add to this they gave the most clumsy room space that can hardly accommodate two person.Toilet fixtures that gets dismantled while the tap is at maximum pointer gives you a free watersplash while you go out for a function!!!Worst nightmare for couple to stay and sleep. Last stay here.

Extraordinary value for money Hotel. To be specific, their Breakfast buffet is awesome. The quality & taste of the breakfast is really good, especially Indian dishes are Yummy. Kudos to the whole team. Perfect Stay!

Oh my god, I actually don’t know where to start.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel so comfortable.
Room was amazing, the breakfast especially the omelettes.
Danny the waiter is just brilliant.
I was their last week and asked if possible they could get the Ireland v Scotland rugby game for me. Which they did, out on the big terrace and the big screen.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

While waiting in the lobby , you aren't allowed to eat takeaway food . Understand it's your policy. Went to sit in your outlet. Your coffee shop staff told me to go eat on the street. That's way too rude. Anywyas it's been 7 months that I wrote a review and if you take 7 months to reply to a guest comment I need not bother you anymore. You must be too busy for your guests. Thanks for your time.

Staff is very professional and helps with most everything, hotel is clean, rooms clean, very nice beds and large rooms due to it being older the pool and deck are was very nice and a good place to eat breakfasts. Gym is very small for property of it's size, I have it a 4 Stars due to the elevators, only 2 for the entire building, lots of wait time. Nice to have a 24 grocery store next door and it's big, everything you need with pharmacy on the other side. If stay again

Four Stars due to only two elevators which are slow. Lots of wait time for the elevators. Staff is very good and professional, they will take care of everything. Very good location, you can walk to stores and shopping, several good bars and restaurants in the hotel. WiFi works very good and you can even stream video. Bathrooms very clean and nice. Rooms good sized and needs very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, healthy, coffee could be better. Pool deck great place to hang out and relax. The entire hotel could use updating though, showing it's age. But will stay here again.

I was given a tour of the hotel and the restaurants (by Cynthia) and decided to book my next stay there. The staff was incredible, the rooms were clean and large, and the restaurants and food were great. There pool area was perfect also. The overall experience was awesome !! I fully enjoyed myself. I will be a repeat visitor.

We have been staying in the majestic hotel many times and we ALWAYS come back because of the great service. Everyone - bartender, floor manager, restaurant manager greets us with a smile. We feel welcomed, especially by Mrs. Jenny. We feel almost part of the Majestic family. Thank you for that!

It's full of music with amazing crowd and lot of energy. If you ever feel low about something, I recommend visiting this place to lift up your mood. Drinks are available, happy hours till 9 pm.

The services were really good. But the room size is much smaller. The patio outside is really good. They claim really great view but it's not like the one we getting downtown or marina. Metro is like 3 crossroads away (10 minutes walking).

I got upgraded from a deluxe to a skyline room. Room was pretty ok. Nothing magical but isn't basic either. Breakfast is quite good. Love the pool area. Not bad

The worst hotel in my life
they tried to force me to pay 200$ for each person,why? they said : "that's for the dinner and celebrating new year with us"
but after long discussion they allowed me to check-in by 50$ per each
Than when i entered my room "suite family room" I found it just one bedroom and they put to other beds in the sitting room between the sofa and the television

Nice to stay at hotel. Best service provided by staff. Very nice & largest room. Nicely stay with balcony bedroom with Skyline Classic. Telephone service for helping is good. When in call & time then came staff for service. Very nice location from our room Skyline Classic. Hotel location is very nice, too near to Meena bazaar. Room Service & Reception are very cooperative with us. Nice to stay in this hotel & we will come back again to Dubai & will only stay only Majestic Hotel.

Stayed for couple of days. The entire staff right from concierge, reception, room service and housekeeping, are so cooperative and professional. Fantastic personalized service on all counts.
Rooms are aesthetically very well laid out and spacious. Food and particularly the breakfast is excellent. The Cafe on ground serves delicious coffee. Overall, a super experience as always.
Looking forward to visiting again soon.

This is a beautiful hotel in a good location in the city. Good restaurants, bars and music room. From the room I had, i could have a panoramic view of the city and it was beautiful. I found the staff here helpful as well. I'll recommend this hotel to you.

The staff is the most important added value of this hotel.
Always kind and ready to help whenever is needed.
Very professional team!!

Rooms are fine and the last one was perfect being very silent and with a lot of space.
The view wasn't so good however I was spending my time at the office

the place easy to access and it is located in a quiet area but all the facilities are reachable in a few minutes. the staff were totally friendly and helpful the car valet is at your commands, the hotel is clean, neat and really responsible and committed to serve the customers at a high level of proficiency.. to sum up, it is one of the unforgettable hotels I ever booked. I would go back again in the future and definitely recommend it to everyone.

One of the best experiences if my life. Have been here now for one and a half day and it is absolutely fantastic here. Main attraction is the pool, it is splendid in every way and the rooms live up to the reputation of the photo gallery. Hard working staff do their best to make the stay excellent for you. Really loved it. Hoping and praying to come back whenever possible :)

This hotel is a very nice place to stay while you're visiting Dubai. All rooms might not include breakfast. So if you booked including breakfast, the breakfast buffet has many delicious choices. The staff are very welcoming and Friendly. I recommend this place for your next trip to Dubai!

Though its a four star hotel but it gives you an experience of five star. Amazing hotel with great amenities.

We reached there at 6.30am however we had a check in time for 2pm.

Staff was so helful that they gave us early check in at 8am.

Breakfast has French, Indian and American food and all are delicious.

The location of the hotel is near to Meena Bazaar Market where tourist can go and shop for near and dear ones.

Since finding the Majestic Center Towers I have been nothing but impressed with every aspect of the Hotel. The staff is incredible. Every hotel experience starts with the Bellman and you have some of Dubai's finest on Staff. They make a point to remember you and then greet you like a member of the family. They set the tone and every department after them maintains the high level of professional hospitality all travelers appreciate. The rooms are all impressive and the beds are addictive and I always leave well rested. On my most recent stay, I had one of the best steaks I've had in Dubai. I cannot speak highly enough about the Majestic Hotel Tower and her staff. I look forward to my next run through Dubai and another stay at the Majestic worth bragging about. I highly recommend it.

This hotel was by far the best hotel my husband and I have experience thus far! From the time we walked in, we were greeted with warm friendly smiles! All the staff we encountered went above and beyond! Any time I made a call to have something sent up to the room, it never took longer than 5 minutes.
We stayed on the 21st fooor with an amazing view of the city. Our room was clean and cozy.
On my birthday they delivered a nice birthday cake which made me feel extra special!

We took a short four day break with you. Your staff are excellent and welcoming keen to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. As we were half board we had plenty of interaction with the pool bar and restaurant staff who we found excellent. Our room was spacious clean and comfortable with great in room entertainment.
We had an issue when booking out which was handled professional and quickly.
