  Hi Everyone I stayed in their property how ever they didn’t provide me any access card and parking card ( I had to park outside ) access for swimming pool etc was also not provided
  And after my stay I went to them for my security deposite back they told me I didn’t pay full amount for my stay so no deposite back !!!!
  I file a complaint against them on DTCM and provide them documents let’s see what’s happen !!
  IM SURE THEY WILL REPLAY HERE OH SORRY PLEASE TELL US YOUR CASE AND LET US FOLLOW ETC ! I WAS IN YOUR OFFICE FOR MANY HOURS AND YOU DIDNT EVEN TALK TO ME KEEP ME WAITING !!

  I have travelled to Dubai many times in the past 5 years. I have booked apartments through MyDubaiStay several times as it is the most convenient way to book apartments at prime locations coupled with good customer service. The apartments were clean with basic food items already bought for the guests. Cleaning services was easy to order on telephone. The customer support office was also very helpfull in ordering excursion trip at competitive prices. The vouchure book in the room was again a bonus to save money at restaurants. All in all a nice experience to enjoy visit of Dubai with high class furnished apartments.

  I have stayed their short term apartment. Apartment is very good, but the cmpany services is the worst. I have problem for access key and I called every day, but no answer. I sent email so many times, but no answer. I never use this company again.

  I booked an apartment and I had to check out at 4am because my flight was at 6.30am. I went in the office and it was closed, I waited 30 min in danger of missing the flight but the office was always closed, but they had been told that they are open 24 hours a day but it is a lie. Now I hope you do not take money from my credit card and not be booking with them anymore

  OK until we started the trip. Good comunication. When we get there we had several problems. No answers to the emails (sent 5 or 6). Be careful on what you book. I booked an 1 bedroom but was a studio. Will choose another company next time!
