Delicious lunch on the terrace. Amazing views, excellent service. Very beautiful place. Highly recommend it for views, food, service and experience.

Fantastic 5 star hotel in Dubai. It's situated on the beach and has water ways running through its grounds with complimentary boat taxis taking you to and from your rooms and restaurants and its sister property. Aesthetically it is one of Dubai's best hotels. Next door to you will find the souk Madinat which is an arabian themed and designed mall, with a range of shops and more restaurants and bars. And the other side of that is another hotel called Mina salaam. This is a great hotel and its quality will spoil you for other 5 star hotels around the world.

Has several nice restaurants and a small mall/shopping plaza attached. Is surrounded by canals with boats that will give you a free ride. Has nice Arab architecture that mimics wind towers of ancient settlements.

Love it! The atmosphere. The architecture of the place.

One of the best staycations in Dubai. Old style villas, Abra boats to ferry you around and a very helpful staff. It's like living in the center of Dubai yet away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Place is green, kid friendly and has lot of activities. Beach side is amazing. Recommend if you are looking to enjoy luxury without going out of the country.

Al Qasr means "The Palace" and this hotel truly is the jewel in the crown of Madinat Jumeirah. Designed in the style of a Sheikh's summer residence, the hotel replicates traditional royal architecture. It's a place dedicated to relaxation, entertainment and all the finest things in life. It's is close to Dubai private beach just 2 km away.

Love this hotel. The soul had a fabulous Christmas market with fake snow for the kids to play with. Setting for drinks at night in one of the many restaurants was stunning! Food amazing too!

This is an extremely nice hotel.
Rooms are a good size with excellent amenities. Great sized bathroom with a good shower. Beds are comfortable, with nice duvet and pillows. There is a lack of storage space for clothes, however, the hotel was happy to bring us an extra hanging rail.
The staff in the Club lounge were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. The only drawback to this area is that at times it was full of kids, and they were not made to behave appropriately, which made the space noisy, and not very relaxing.
The pool was fab, however, I would say that some guests seemed to be allowed to reserve sunbeds, which was against the rules. set out. When we asked the pool staff about this, they advised they could do this for us for an additional fee (!) - not quite what I expected.
Restaurants are fab and plenty of choice - very high-quality food.
All in all, I loved it here and had a very nice holiday. Would definitely trave back here.response / report this review -

Beautiful place with an excellent service. Staff is very friendly and competent. Wonderful beach with beautiful view and incredible sand. Very good restaurants and bars within the complex. The villas are made with style and are maintained very clean. The guest care is going into details. Would recommend this both for family with children and for couples.

Some have suggested to me that this brunch is too big to be good. Wide selection of food and beverages with perfect ambiance, live music and entertainment - it's big and worth it.

Very nice place. Great position, great content of shops, bars and restaurants. Visited Belgium beer bar: great choice oh famous Belgium brands beers, good food, but music could be better and air ventilation is almost zero (tobacco smoke bights)

Al Qasr, the name says it all. The palace, is a very classy part of Jumeirah resorts. The architecture takes visitors way back to the olden Arabic style architecture. It is grand just like everything else in Dubai. The rooms are nicely decorated with a matching Arabian theme; and are extremely clean. The staff can make you feel like a VIP all the time, no matter what room you choose to stay at. Al Qasr offers a range of restaurants to choose from. My all times favorite is the Friday Brunch they have. During the winter or pleasant weather, the buffet extends outdoors. It is still great at summer times, where you'll find a big selection of food from around the world to choose from.

For me, still one of the best hotel in Dubai. The location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel, although built more than a decade ago, is perfectly maintained and has a unique gulf culture charm. The outdoor facilities are world class and the design is an absolute success.

Very nice hotel, great location. I recommend the location to multiple friends when coming to visit Dubai. As they have a lot sightseeing and shopping close by there was no need for daily entertainment.

Probably the best place I have been, beautiful surroundings, the most friendliest people who can't do enough for you and your family, the rooms and the food were amazing. Especially when my daughter who is gluten free the chefs would come out and show her what she could and couldn't eat and then they would even go and make her a special dish, amazing.

Beautiful hotel! Didn't spend the night there but have been to few of the restaurants. Pai Thai is probably the best Thai restaurant in Dubai. The service is excellent, the restaurant gives a nice cozy feeling, but probably needs some renovation since some of the fittings are old. Hardwood flooring should be upgraded.

This is an amazing place with rivers intertwining different blocks of hotel rooms. The architecture is of middle east design which features an elegant taste of luxurious Arabic décor. The staff service is wonderful and always helpful in assisting. The restaurants have vegetarian options.
