The ease of metro station bein nearby is a big plus ,the friendly but little mis understanding staff along with rather small rooms (perhaps for singles) was a big minus.

Its good hotel near to Salah Al Din Metro Station. Providing good service for mostly asians people. Pakistani, Indians, Bangladeshi, Philippines and etc mostly visitors for fun and enjoyment. But staying for nights mostly from Europe and other countries as well because its cheap and best for the location. You can access wifi, nearest location Metro, Police Station, Pumps, Stores, Shopping Center, Especially Al Ghurair Centre. Price wise is aso good.

I booked Royal Falcon Hotel for my sister and her 3 kids (3 bedroom large) the room was small enough for the price but the main issue was with Air conditioning, it was not working. I booked room for 5 days and on the same night they moved in, we complaint and asked for replacement room as AC was completely off, technical and room service staff was pretending that it is working and refuse to move us to other room. We had to stay in such condition overnight. The other day i tried to communicate with the hotel owner and he got angry at me that why i am complaining again and again and why i called their staff in night This was the most pathetic and ignorant customer service i have ever seen. Despite of the fast the owners and my nationality was same. i would still give him 1 star, wish i could give him zero star

Best place to stay if you want to save money and live a peaceful time. Overall hotrl is clean. Provides free wifi. Room service is good and fast.the best thing is hotel's location.u just walk out of the door and the metro station is there. (P.s metro is the most affordable and convienint way method of transportation in dubai if you dont have your own car)

Staff should be more courteous.. Although i had reserved a room on my arrival they said room is not available and asked me to wait until check in time of 2 PM.. Where will i go from 8 AM to 2 PM ?? So i went and booked anothet hotel and came to pick my bags and when they came to know iam moving to another place they said room is avaialable and gave me room immediately..

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were dirty, the bedding was dirty and the mattress was in poor condition. Wifi was of poor stability.

i booked using the credit card of my boyfriend and upon checking in since i dont have the card they asked for my debit card and charged me again. they told me that they will refund the charge on my debit card within a week. and its been a month now so i called the accounts of the hotel. i spoke to their accounts and told me its a thursday and their working hours is just until 6pm, it was only 530pm when i called. she still has 30mins to fix the issue, telling such reason to a client is very unprofessional and unethical at work.
just because the person has checked out already they should be handling their clients for after sales too.
I called today morning 1030am and told me to call back at 4pm. How long does it take to track their accounts? are they from the old generation to not have a proper system??
I am very disappointed on how they handle their clients.

Rooms are small and untidy. Maintenance needs a lot improvement. Water dripping from AC ducts and no one bothers much. The room boy was very helpful though.

I usually checked in in this hotel for almost a year now, the staff was accommodating and pleasant but not until now. I'm not sure what came unto them but they suddenly called me and told me about cancellation procedures. I do understand that I have not followed proper cancellation procedure but that does not mean that a hotel manager needs to call the customer without notice just to scold? I was surprised by the high toned voice of the manager explaning to me of the procedure as if she is scolding one of her staff. I was very disappointed in the way she talked as if there is no respect as she is almost shouting and not explaining in a sincere manner. Because of this I will never use this hotel again. The staff and this manager is very disrespectful of her customers. I will also not recommend this hotel to others. Continue this kind of manner and the business will be soon come to a close.
