Ultra modern room. Super comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. I only stayed overnight but it was a much needed respite from a long trip. I would not hesitate to come back to this hotel.

Excellent hotel right next to airport. We stayed in new wing, that's a class in terms of service, ambience, facility and quality. Older wing is also good . Good food and I loved coffee there. And the breakfast buffet was also widely spread with many indian dishes too. Higly appreciate n recommended

Excellent hotel right next to airport. The new wing (Le Royal Club) is too notch in terms of room quality, facility and service. Thr older wing is still quite good but the extra few bucks is well worth upgrading to the newer wing. Despite proximity to airport, you don't hear the air planes much at all. The compound has many restaurants although they are quite pricey. Nothing interesting in walkable distance but Uber is so handy in Dubai

Staff was friendly and the main area was clean and we'll presented.
The buffet restaurant is average quality and too expensive.
The room, I believe in the old part, was rough. Flooring and sections of the wall coming loose. Found a bunch of hair, that didn't belong to me, on the bathroom counter.
The bed was very comfortable so I got some good sleep.
All in all a decent place, maybe better in the new section of the hotel.

Loved it. Stayed only 1 night for transit as the hotel is extremely close to airport!
Staff are very helpful and will escort you to your room.
    Love the express check out.
    I would recommend this hotel.
    Highly recommended!
    Love it!
Did get the chance to have breakfast as my flight was very early.
Was charged for a local call although it was a toll free Dubai number!

I VisitThe gym as it is nice with very approachable and friendly staff. They are really qualified.

The equipment is high end and in good shape. WiFi is free which is amazing. They validate your parking ticket which is nice.

Always avoid peak hours as the lockers in the Men’s area are placed quiet close to each other and it gets awkward while using them even if it’s just you and the other person using the adjacent one.

They provide hand towels and bath towels which is nice ; try and get the hand towel to wipe after a shower as the bath towels are quiet tattered and worn out, can be used to wrap around though if you are not too big.

The janitors are always super busy wiping the floors and always ensure you get clean space. Really good job there.

    Over all a lovely experience.

Amazing experience in general. My room was at second level. Some fixtures and wood cabinets needed painting and maintenance. Breakfast was mainly Indian/Asian menus. The variety of breakfast is great. I wish there was more mideterranian menu
Dinner was great too with variety of food dishes
Iris pub was great experience and views
I recommend this place for conference meeting

Close to airport, lots of parking and also taxis are always close by for the wonderful sight seeing and shopping trips. Wonderful staff are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms are clean and superbly decorated. Fine cuisine can be found in and around the hotel area. I simply love it.

It was a very nice hotel. The location is outstanding being so near to the airport. It is walking distance from Terminal 1 or you could catch an airport shuttle from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1 and walk from there. Of course there are cab services available as well. The hotel staff are extremely courteous and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful.

Great airport rest stop, looking for a place to take a load off. Food, drinks, and ambiance. Even a little romance. Close to the airport, it's the top.

I travel often during work and also often with family.

This is 3 Star hotel but charging as a 5 Star

This is a very poor hotel, the quality of rooms is a disaster 🙈😏
The air on is like a train in the room all the time and cleanness is not more than a 3 star worthy

Plane and simple advicethere are much better hotels in Dubai for less money with a much better quality so.. DONT GO THERE !!!

Amazing gym, well sectioned and always good atmosphere. Love the pool area, you can decide if you want sports part or chill relax. Opportunities for improvement: food by the pool - could be of richer taste and portions, especially salads

Good service. Friendly. Dirty rooms. The furniture in the club suites were dirty. Stains all over. Pretty gross. Desktop and mirrors along the wall had spots all over them. Stains on carpet. It was a shame for such a nicely designed space. They did switch me rooms but it wasn't much better. The chair in the corner was a little cleaner but the rest was still subpar.

Its wide hotel and of course very close to the airport by car not more than 5 minutes only.
The room the big with balcony on the 1st floor comfortable bed and pillow.
With a nice desktop and coffee machine and mini bar.with available non smoking and smoking room.

The bathroom is big too with bathtub and shower.
4 pools on the hotel.. So enjoy swimming.
The bar is nice with nice food also surround the hotel night club and restaurants and bars. Just walk around.
    Also have SPA.
the reception check in and out is fast and also they have 2 maybe more reception.

The only thing i didn't like the smiles is not on the staff of course not all of them but you will feel it.. Need to improve from the hotel management.

Well that's all can write about this wide hotel.

Great service and the price was good. Had a driver waiting for me at the airport for pick up. Breakfast is plenty and delicious, this was included for me in my reservation, it would cost about $35 per person if you had to pay for it. Highly recommended!

I love this hotel - I stay on the Royal Club side- newer construction, booked through SPG website. The pool on the 5th floor has fantastic views. Service is impeccable- and the breakfast buffet is quite good- a great variety.

The price for Royal Club rooms varies considerably-I try to look for deals when passing through Dubai, in transit in work trips. On my last stay I was there for less than 24 hours but it was with it- for the pool alone (there are several- one with lap lanes). Room decor is elegant. I liked the universal plugs. Shower is also great.

Stayed here with work for about 10 days, it's a good hotel and provides a good base. The rooms are showing their age slightly and the furnishings are a little dated. They have a green points scheme which is good however you don't seem to be able to spend your points in the better restaurants, so UNICEF benefited from mine. There are plenty of eateries some are better than others the Lebanese, Indian and Thai all get my vote. There is a good general bar for drinks and people watching. There is then another bar which does not do much to hide the seedy side of life in Dubai. All in all a good base but a little out of town but monorail provides a good transport link.

18 restaurants and bars, one will always have wide selection of cuisine. The new Royal Club rooms are big and modern and has access to the lounge for Breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour. Walking distance to the airport. Loyalty card gives you 15-20% discount in the outlets. Member of SPG.
