I spent ten days at the hotel with an organized group, we celebrated the Seder night (Passover) along with going on trips around the area. It is worth noting the staff of the hotel, courteous, patient with a desire to help. The hotel is very clean, the facilities are maintained to a high standard, the pool and spa area are great. Highly recommend.

Had a night out with hubby and the view was really nice. The place was a bit gloomy as few people were around. Guess we're just early. Food was also tasty or maybe we're just hungry, but honestly food was good portions are also fair for the price. They accept ESAAD if you have the card which give you a 20% less in the total bill. To be fair over all rating was 4 star.

Excellent property that cares for you from the minute you walk in till you leave. Every fine detail is taken care of and the facility is top class. We have stayed in many Hotels world wide- but the breakfast here is worth dying for. Very good spread with different cuisines. Recommended for people that value the service provided and good hospitality and food.

We had a great stay. The hotel team was super friendly and helped us on all our requests immediately. Sport facilities are great especially Tennis and Squash. Sunset at Cuba Bar is amazing. We will be back soon.

Everything was wonderful! The staff were great , the room was great! Nice sitting area in my room, was on the VIP floor, so had top notch room. It was excellent. I definitely recommend it! The spa was beautiful and relaxin:g as was the pool are, which was very nice all around.:

This hotel is in a great location. They offer a free shuttle and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about activities. The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at Creekside hotel on my very first holiday alone for my birthday and I have never felt so welcomed. Little details like - making sure I was comfortable - placing me in a more private table at breakfast with a good view of the pool, escorting me through the buffet offer before being seated. Everyone was also very friendly and would greet me every time which made me feel not soo alone which was great! On my birthday they also surprised me with a delicious birthday cake. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Stayed there for eight days never felt bored. I’ve stayed in many nice hotels but this one in particular I fell in love with. It is spacious, modern, has great entertainment media and cosy all over. Really recommend it and the location is very nice and close to the airport and other attractions. Also, the complementary soft-drinks in the mini bar were thoughtful and generous.The only downside for me was water pressure sometimes it was off but not a big deal and I’d appreciate if they replace illy coffee machines with Nespressos they’re much better and easier to use. Very bad noisy. Horrible from level 8 to all hotel. They don't listen to you and i call operator 2 times without any response. Why you pay money for noisy hotel and very bad service from stopping this noise . They said we applogize and they raise higher music. Unbelievable crazy people never hear that before in my life. Don't ever book here.
If you book here you will not sleep and you will get nervous and you may get unhealthy from noise on the floor 8 and from Irish village.
You can do whatever you like but you must not increase music like this.
I am really get crazy and unhealthy noisy environment in 5 star hotel that i think get 1 star not 5 at all.
This is horrible stay until 4 am.

Nice, but should improve on the main course menu. Keep it simple and people friendly. The appetizers were amazing. They lost a star from me cuz i didnt like the octopus at all.

Hotel is great and we always stay there during our visit to Dubai. The last 2 trips were rather unpleasant as the music kept us awake until 2am. If it were not for the noise I would rate it 5 stars

It is little bit of a mixed baggage really. Customer service can be good if you have the right skin color or are locals. Staff is overwhelmingly Indian and thats were the problem lies if your are a brown person. In a society where class segregation on the basis of country of origin is perfectly acceptable (written in HR policies of some companies), you could be dealing with a rude staff just because they couldn't or wouldn't reconcile with the fact that they are serving a brown person. Rooms are old but ok, washroom was great ( stayed in superior room). Breakfast is also decent with good options. Slight improvement on customer service and could have been 4 stars

After staying at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Creekside was a step down, but was close to the airport for our flight. Staff was great and there is a free trip to Wild Wadi, jumeirah private beach and Dubai Mall. Gives you a taste of Jumeirah experience for less money. Also has great breakfast and restaurant options in addition to the Irish village next door.
