We stayed here for four nights we were happy with the staff and the service. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was amazing and the staff were fantastic. The bad points were that it didn’t have a bar and the card system wasn’t working and the jaqquzi wasn’t working

Copthorne hotel Dubai The hotel was in a nice location, easy access to the city,swimming pool and the rooms were nice and clean.The 2 room apartment was large and clean.Very prompt service and overall good hotel!! Near by good metro connectivity and taxi services it is close to the airport, less than 10 minutes.

Nice hotel just only the check-in took forever. Got upgraded to a suite which was really nice except the fact that I stood there just one night. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

Five Star Quality & Service
I arrived at the hotel late in the evening after 9pm. The reception team couldn't have been more welcoming and even upgraded me to an Executive Suite without my asking.

The room was enormous with a large bathroom, separate lounge area with desk, and a separate bedroom. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The bed linen was very white and beautifully crisp, and the bath towels equally white and suitably soft.
When checking out later in the afternoon the reception team were once again very efficient and even offered to email me the receipt as I was in a hurry to get to my next meeting. Overall an excellent experience

Exactly what you pay for, out of the main tourist part of Burdubai but extremely close to transport links connecting you to the whole city. Excellent beach shuttle to Kite Beach (food trucks!!) everyday and lovely staff. Good pool area.
Only downside during our stay was the levels of construction going on both inside and outside the hotel. Didn't make a dramatic difference but would be nice to see it at full facility. Extremely close to the airport which is always a bonus!

Terrible room. Plaster peeling from walls. Damp from bathroom. Very run down. Building work going on in hotel - it needs it. Good location. Had to stay here because paid in advance but never again. I am sure this is a 1 star rating hotel. Did I mention with the airport being nearby planes overhead are heard day and night? Metro about 300 yards away. Shopping mall not far either.

Rooms are very spacious and nicely maintained. The thermostat doesn't work, at least it didn't in the room in which I was staying. The cooling is centralized and it gets pretty chilly in the room. The breakfast buffet is really nice as well.

Emirates' overnight hotel. Decent accommodation in clean rooms (separate low budget wing for Emirates' overnight travellers). Regretting totally unacceptable check in process. Arrived to the hotel at midnight and waited 45 minutes to get the rooms. With three kids and after an 8 hours flight, something I'd prefer not to experience. I have observed the same problem the next morning; some 20 pax waiting for check in and only two receptionists processing. Makes me think twice before I decide to fly Emirates again.

another great experience.
The atmosphere on this hotel has again demonstrated a classy and great place to be. its a bit like a nice home. The food is simply excellent.
i have ever experienced with great staff. Have to highlight Ezz in reception , he is capable of getting the absolutely best out of you.

First class service! My wife and her cousin have just returned from a 2 day trip to Dubai from Ireland.
We had picked this hotel based on previous excellent reviews and I am so glad we did as they both had an amazing time.
The reception staff are well trained ,very friendly , first class service

This was the perfect place to stay on the last night of our holiday. We got a free upgrade to a suite which was amazing. The rooms were fab and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The location couldn't be better for getting to the airport or into the city. We would stay again

We had an excellent 4 night stay at this hotel. All the staff were so friendly and efficient and always went out of their way to make you feel at home. No effort was too much. Food was first class in all the restaurant.
All the staff deserve recognition but far too many names to remember!

This hotel was horrible. The tv barely works. There are men that sit out side harassing people as they walk outside.

The front desk clerks are rude. They give the same food all day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No fridge in room. No outlets to charge your cell.

I wouldn't stay here if they gave us the room for free. You have been warned! ☹️

I stayed for 2 months in the hotel and it was a nice experience. Clean rooms and good attention.

Special mentions for Waleed and Roma, they both are great people and responsible doing their jobs. They made my stay in hotel to be excellent.

(The gym is not bad, but it needs more equipment)

Very clean and modern hotel. Nice swimming pool and sauna. Beautiful views from front and rear. Staff very good, and simply the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Excellent value for money and would definately stay again. Within walking distance of Die ra mall.
