This place is dated, requires updates and for the price they charge you, there may be better options to be found. I was forced to stay here due to circumstances but would never return unless they upgrade the rooms, furniture, carpets etc. For half the price, it could be justified but not at the price they charge you now,

Well I'm that Person who Read Feedbacks before taking any forward step, while I'm browsing this Nice Hotel I start to read the feedback and decided to take other people opinions and explains and booked, I was super lucky yes the great customer Service, the Smily face while you getting out or in, all the front desk representatives make you feel Home thank you "Fatima, Abdo and Salman" you Guys are the best. I personal Recommend it to you Great live condition and will save you lots of $$$. clean nice sizes rooms, also you will enjoy the facilities like GYM, Pool, sauna and more. location is great, internet not super fast but great to check your email browsing or facing time.

Not even worth to write a review as the whole experience is just the worst i have ever had!
All they care is to take their money without thinking of how to earn and work on guest satisfaction and keeping their guests, i guess they need lessons for hospitality as they are way behind.
Old furniture, cleaning service is the worst you can ever experience, had complained of missing staff, of not even changing your bedshitt as per the contract, making mess in the room have asked for meeting with their superior no answer at all!!!
This should be taken care of with immediate effect not ingoring as they do!
No security control at all! Anybody can enter that building without checking.
Needed to call police to control their parties and maddness as the security didnt do anything at all!
Construction without inform your guests? Calling the reception to complain and all they say we dont know where is is coming from? And is actually on their roof top but they dont obviosly have an idea of whats happening in their building.Seriosly???
Would not recomend this place to anyone and will make sure this to be reported to whenever needed as Dubai cant affort something like this!response / report this review -

Excellent place to stay for a short or long term rental.. fully functional serviced apartment and the staff always carried a smile ! Missing the view of runway from balcony

Stayed for two nights in this hotel. I must say it's the ideal location clubbed with some fantastic service. My sincere thanks to Mr. Tony for the all the help extended to us. With those kind of responsible personale, I'm sure this hotel will have some loyal customers. Highly recommend.

the room in general was good but there were no plugs for our phones to charge plus even though the weather was nice outside it was not the cold in the room so we needed to turn on the AC and it was broke .
