Zain is the dirtiest hotel in Dubai
The Egyptian Manager and his Reception staff are the rudest in the world.
One visit to the breakfast room confirmed that its chairs, floor and food counter were too dirty for a second visit. I was charged for hot water. They only serve Nescafe which I do not like.
The pool is good but the sitting area is small and next to the air con units.
Who knows what services the masseuses offer but one did not smell too good.
The masseur was a treasure.
The Nightclub is really a brothel or knocking shop and so loud is the music that, even with fingers in ears, I had to leave after a few minutes.
My room. Filthy carpets. Bed hadn't been moved in decades. I borrowed the vacuum cleaner which was ancient and held together with tape. It picked up some bits but would not go to edges of carpet.
Exposed wiring was by the bed head.
A mass of wires by the bed head had not been moved for cleaning.
The tv picture faded out after 5 minutes.
Bathroom small but passable.
Lift dirty.

The worst hotel and worst customer service from the staff. The staff at the reception desk was very very very rude and doesn't even know how to speak to a customer especially a lady

The only thing I liked about it was the welcoming and sorta nice security at the front. They were extremely friendly. The other staff on the other hand looked depressed and weren't very welcoming. I would definately look for a better place.
Oh and the room was very small. Have alcohol in the mini bar and lift doors close on you lol.
There are pretty good hotels near this one I checked before I left, they are spacious and have to offer much more for around the same cost.
