Friendly staff and very good services
Situated in the historical commercial centre of Deira Dubai, the City Seasons Hotel is a 5 min walk from the Metro Station Deira and the Deira City Centre Mall. It features an outdoor pool with sun-lounger terrace and offers air-conditioned guestrooms.
Spacious City Seasons rooms are decorated in neutral colours and have modern wood furnishings. They feature floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic city views and include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The New Season restaurant serves international dishes and Arabic cuisine on a shaded outdoor terrace. It was excellent to enjoy Dubai staying in the hotel for 7 days. Staff very co-operative. Breakfast was excellent. Easy commuter (by road and rail)around Dubai from the Hotel. I would like to stay when ever I stop Dubai

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff.
The rooms are filthy! I suffered an asthma attack immediately upon entering the room. I contacted the rooms supervisor, checked into another hotel for a weekend while they cleaned the room, returned and had to go see a doctor soon after! My wheezing reached insane proportions!
After purchasing a bag of face masks, I checked the room and found dust bunnies under the bed, thick dust and grime behind the picture frames and cobwebs on the ceiling. I made videos of all of what I found.
I checked out, leaving my details for the GM to reach me, letting them know I had videos if they were interested, and haven’t heard from anyone ever again.
This hotel needs to lift their carpets, deep clean their upholstery, wash their windows, and generally just clean their rooms. A health hazard if you suffer from any respiratory problems.

Great location not far from the airport. Walking distance to the Deira city centre for shopping.
Clean & comfy beds. Stayed 4 nights for our honeymoon Dec 2017.

Not bad, the only problem is to reach this place in the morning is a nightmare for people coming from sharjah and ajman. A free small Parking is available at basement 2 or a paid parking outside.

They talk about themselves as 4 star. I stayed for almost 25 days here. I found that the breakfast is very repetitive and not up to the standard. Some of my friends including me had to have breakfast outside the hotel. I ordered a pizza too and It was a disaster. Housekeeping is below standard. They would often forget to refill the items or items were not available with them. Sometimes hand towel will be missing and kind of stuff. The location is good but nothing else and is costly considering their services. Reception guys would misguide you about policies. Swimming pool is not working though they mention it in their services list. Free wifi is available with pathetic speed.

The rooms are not bad but the attitude of the front desk is a bit disappointing. They don't really follow up with my question regarding receipt of a "private taxi" that the concierge recommended to me and my colleague. They also didn't pick us up from airport even though we requested for it.

Good hotel but I want to advice there should me welcoming and not to ask people in which room they are staying, usually hotels or waiters ask after gust finish their dinner not when the enter.
