My husband and I have been going to DLC for almost 10 years and have always found the service to be professional and caring from all involved. I made the colossal mistake of trying another practice, but will definitely be coming back to Dubai London Clinic.

We were visiting my sister in law in Dubai, and I had a bit of an emergency health situation, an allergic reaction that went out of my control. Went to the Dubai London Clinic and Specialty Hospital and they immediately helped me and suggested I stay for a few days, for examination and further recovery. Luckily, Dr. Mina was on duty that first day and she was really nice and calmed me down.

I have to say that everything was really good, the accommodation, the food, everyone was kind and caring. I was a bit scared, but in the end it all went smooth, but it really meant a lot to me that the staff was kind and nice.

    Thank you!

The doctor is top of professionalism, caring, great manners (doctor Rajesh). But hospital care is disaster unfortunately, nurses are unprofessional ( not everyone wears gloves at examination or change medicine, manners ( unpolite), careless (never care of patients needs and pain), never smiles or being nice. Waiter or kitchen lady is Rude and would be happy if you canceled or delayed your meal ; and no one care of patients diet during hospital stay. Never come to clean the room without asking them to come and clean.

Awful experience! Never coming back and don’t advise to others I went to ENT doctor, having my nose blocked for months and having a terrible headache due to this .. As they don’t have a machine for CT scan they sent me to Global Hawk for this and seems like were happy to get rid of the patient .. I was calling them non stop for two days and getting just stupid promises blaming that GH didn’t send the email requesting additional information required for insurance approval .. though 2 days back I was talking to GH and they told me they sent request to the clinic.. 2 days no one called me.. no one bothered.. I called insurance and they told me same as the GH that they wait for additional reports results to give the approval (nothing was done actually). 5 days all in all since I visited doctor and feel worse and worse .. time to go to a better clinic .. with a better customer service

The 5 stars go to Dr Iwona. She is wonderful and puts you completely at ease in your appointment. She is one of the best doctors I've ever had. :)

I'm shocked about my appointment with the throat-nose-ear doctor at this small hospital.
I came for an inspection of my throat after acid reflux - and he wanted to sell me a nose surgery!!! I said no, of course. He offered it a second and a third time! Telling me that am obstructed nose can even cause cancer!!!

Then, I asked him to examine my larynx with the video stroboscope that they have there. I need my voice professionally, so I know very well about voice and also about instruments for examination. Well, this doctor does not! He held the stroboscopic somehow in my throat, very fast and totally shaky. No chance he could see anything profoundly! Yet, he said everything was fine. I was greeted good bye with a super high dose of an antibiotic plus ibuprofen powder. I told him about an allergy towards penicillin and he said that was okay. Turns out after only one minute on Google that the antibiotic he gave me DOES have cross allergies with penicillin.
Which I got now! (I researched too late) on top, the ibuprofen POWDER caused a second severe acid reflux. It was A HUGE mistake to go see this doctor! BIG WARNING!

And by the way, I have a great international insurance that covers everything, but I deeply regret giving this doctor a single Dirham.

PS: he talked to me like it was the biggest honor to have me as his patient. That doesn't cure though!

From the beginning a horrible experience. Dialing their number on their site from a home telephone I get the voice that the number is not valid. I called etisalat and they gave me a number I called and called no one picks up. I dialed again from my mobile this time I got through but it told me that all lines are busy and I leave my number they call me back but there's no opportunity to do that. The voice keeps repeating the same thing. So if this is the start I will go somewhere else.

I went there for immigration medical and it was really a pleasant visit. I read very bad reviews about their Festival city branch but this Umm Suqaim branch staff were very kind and supportive, specially Dr. Mina. All the medical tests were carried out in timely manner and staff was very helpful. Highly recommended for immigration medical.

Nurse staff are not friendly and don't pay much attention to the patients. The doctor I visited, Dr. Mina was quite welcoming and took her time in explaining everything. Had to visit this place because of an immigration medical, as they are the only clinic authorized.
