I had worst experience ever Dr. Vinod general specialist who charge me more for some check up which he did’t and gave me wrong medicine so I asked him why you give me this and he replied I you don’t want you can return it that was really unexpected from Doctor to say if really care about patients. Even first pharmacy refused to return my money because I paid by card.. after bit argument they agreed to return the thing is if you can return my money after argument why not before I think this place more on clime money in insurance not caring about there patients.

Really nice and clean place.staff is friendly and cool. efficient and well trained doctors and nurses who were handling to patients with polite and professional way as per their needs. appreciated with this spirit.if i need my check up i prefer to go prime medical center.

Totally dissatisfied with the service provided by Prime Medical Clinic. Dr. Rizwan Abdul from Gastro was the one who checked my mom. He wasn’t friendly and seemed annoyed at our questions. He would ask questions to my mom and would not wait for her to finish her answers. He repeatedly said he was prescribing medicine and all we had to do is take them. He didn’t bother to ask my mom if he had already taken these meds before, nor did he bother to tell us the names of the medicines. When we ask something, he says “Like I said, ” in an annoying manner. And so he said my mom has parasitic infection and told her to take the meds even before the stool exam results. My mom took them (although she didn’t want to coz she knew Flagyl and Cipro would make her condition worse). She has Gastritis by the way. So she tool them and almost fainted and felt worse the whole day. She stopped taking them on Day 2, the same day the stool exam results came. The clinic texted me and said the stool exam results are ok. No explanation, no nothing! So you’re telling us that your doctor gave my mom a misdiagnosis? So by saying the stool exam was okay it wasn’t a parasitic infection? So what about the meds you said my mom should take? What do you want us to do then? So irresponsible of a medical centre to do this. This is life and health we’re talking about and nobody deserves to be treated this way!

Had a really bad experience today.Please avoid ms thesalyn foronda physiotherapist at all cost.she thinks very high of herself and treats the patient and person accompanying them badly.really hate her high handedness and rudeness.not fit to be a physiotherapist.hope prime medical concentrate on the quality of the physiotherapist.

BEWARE: OBSTETRICS GYNAECOLOGY- RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT

I have never written a review online to any establishments anywhere but today is exceptional. I had the worst experience I ever had in my entire life at a hospital setting. My nightmare happened today in Prime Medical Centre Deira branch.

I went there specifically for ultrasound, I initially booked with Dr. Raani Natarajhan but she will only be available at 1 pm onwards and the only available Doctor is DR. FARIDA PATHIWALA between 10-11 am. I came there exactly 10 am for ultrasound to reconfirm if I really have PCOS.

She asked me my medical history and so on while she's on the phone in between with an event manager ordering for balloons etc. It was okay at first but eventually it got into my nerves.

She treated me like her assistant and not her patient, she asked me to close the door for her and even told me to call her nurse??? FYI, I am a patient and I am paying for the services you offer me, I am not there to do otherwise and I was still polite to hold myself in composure. I didn't complain at that time but things got even worse when she told me to prepare myself for transvaginal ultrasound- that means removing your pants down WITH THE CURTAINS OPEN- I will be exposing my self OUTSIDE!!!! She just told me "Do not worry, they will not see you from the outside" but then she eventually closed the curtain as I felt there is no PRIVACY!

The nightmare didn't end there, she asked me to go to Radiology as walk in and wait for SOME TIME but I waited more than 1 hour. I told the Radiology Nurses that I am fine wether it is a man or a woman as it will only be ABDOMINAL ultrasound to reconfirm the mass DR. FARIDA saw in the scan, but i was left there waiting in the blue. Asked me to wait extra 15 minutes but I got so pissed off and told the nurses to just cancel as I have to leave the centre to pick my son in the nursery. This was not the first time that I had to wait in their Radiology Department for HOURSSSS!!! Went back to Dr. FARIDA but guess what, she's still on the phone and I have to wait for some more time. When she dropped the phone and realised I was upset that was the time I told her how RUDE she is and how DISRESPECTFUL SHE IS TO HER PATIENT. She apologised but it was too late.

I do not want anyone to experience what I went through, specially when you are a mother or an expecting mother- OBs are supposed to devote their time on you during your appointment and focus on your issues. Also, patients pregnant or not, wether you are rich or poor, black or white or whatever passport you have. you should be treated with equal respect and time and be given the treatment you deserve!

PS: I am holding an A-VIP insurance and I was treated that way, How much more if you hold lower grades insurances. I would advise you to go to the PRIME HOSPITAL or better go to CANADIAN SPECIALIST hospital for OBGYNE services.

My wife and her friend had a bad time with a Filipina Doctor (obstetrician/gynecologist) She told them that they are just there for the purpose of just using their medical card insurance. For her information, they will not waste time to travel and pay the fee just to use their medical card. They went there for the sake of their health and even refuse to do most of the medical test which can be done to most medical clinics and hospitals. She also talks and looks most of the time in her desk that to the patient.

Dr. Pragati Grover the best doctor I have ever seen. She prescribed suitable medicine for my problem and made me to be a proud mother 5 years after marriage. She supported me in each and every moment of my pregnancy. Now me and husband remember her whenever we see the Beautiful face of our Baby. Thank you very much doctor.

DR.Joshi is very good so decided to continue my appointment was at 7:30 I called and informed that I will be 10 mins late they told me to.come as soon as I came the nurse who is Dr. assistant told me to Go as I came late however I informed that the concerned person on phone told me to.come
she told me that the systems were down so I agreed to pay cash and claim later by insurance she was so rude and went on in Tagalog grumbling about us how we came late she complained so much is this how you treat patients or customers very disappointed by this nurse
