I would like to thank dr Homayoon who reffering me to Dr Marija pavlovic who was extraordinary as she was able to treat my gum, I have suffered for more than 5 years, she is so professjonal and friendly, she managed to reduce my gum inflammation in less than 3 weeks. I would say she is the best dentist I have ever the pleasure to work with!

Very bad customer service. I had visited doctor on Thursday and he suggested blood tests and his team said we will get approval by Saturday/Sunday and we will inform you once we get approval. I called Endocrinology department on Saturday to check if tests are approved by insurance but nobody picked the call and than I called helpline and they said we will pass on your message to concerned department and they will call you back and nobody called on Saturday and same thing happened today(Sunday) as well and still waiting to hear back from them.

They make you wait an hour even if you have an appointment and arrive on time. Worst part is they don't care that they told you to fast and keep your bladder full, zero empathy.

Used to be better, seems like it's about money now, maximizing how much money they can make.

This hospital has an awful customer service, focused only on taking your money in every possible way, not mentioning the long waiting lines, as the doctors pack as many patients as possible to earn more. The reception staff even lost my ID but won’t take any responsibility. Very upset and disappointed!

Very bad Hospital. All medcare are not good. I had very bad experience on last Saturday with orthopedic doctor and the nurse lied to me as well. No body bother to call back and they just give missed call and then I call back no one answers.
I went last Saturday at 1240 to Orthopedic Doctor Ehab in SHZ. I reached on time and the receptionist asked me to wait. The nurse let other patient go in before me and I noticed that this patient reached same time 1240 as me. Then this patient entered and doctor was examining the patient so I asked the receptionist if there is a patient before me she said yes and they are finishing. I stayed 20 minutes and then entered to the doctor at around 1305. I told the nurse this patient came same time as me and she no they were here before you.

I told the Doctor that I came on time and that patient was late and they entered before me. The doctor checked the system in front of me and said yes you are correct and sorry for that. I told the doctor the nurse lied to me and he apologized again and said he will speak with her.

The doctor examined my thumb finger which was getting locked for nearly a week but for the past 2 days Friday and Saturday are better. The doctor asked different questions and examined why this happen and said its gone of its own and no medication nor any gel required. He just said I can make ultrasound if you want so I said no need and he agreed with me. He didn’t say in case this reoccurs the Plan would be so and so. I called today the hospital since my finger started locking since yesterday. First male the call center who replied couldn’t get any details and was just annoying. Then i called again another female answered she said I will have a call back but no one called back.

Now after my complaints online and reviews they started calling me. One rude annoying non Arabic female called and wanted me to go to the emergency or schedule appointment with the doctor which means the insurance will pay new money and I have to waste time and money and the insurance money is the company money and my money. Why if you couldn’t reach me on phone to text me or email me. Also now the doctor want me to do ultrasound
The doctor was even in a hurry to check the pain in my elbows and neck and he said its better to go to specialist so why he writes he is specialist in elbows. What a waste of time and money.
So will not deal with Medcare again and will go to any other Hospital.

Unprofessional staff rude with poor customer care! Seriously I regretting waisted my time to drag myself from AD to this facility.
The staff at nurse station extremely rude well guess what we came to your facility with our damn money we not asking for charity or to do something free of charge.

Pathetic experience. They are an awful lot. I had to wait for nearly 10 days to get my insurance approval. They don't pick up your calls. They don't call you as promised. When u call them and check.. they will take time to check and will promise to call back which they will never do. Finally when I visit for blood test .they keep shoving you from one counter to another.

My wife had a surgery last month under Dr.Poonam , excellent care by DSU,OR and Ward staff. Nurses are caring, courteous, alert, friendly and very considerate.
Everyone treated us with great respect.

The worse hospital I have ever been too. Their malpractice left a permanent damage on my body, which is even confirmed by Dubai health authority after an investigation. Worse thing is they didn't even apologize for the issue and let alone paying compensation, they didn't want to refund my money back. Horrible customer service plus nobody cares about your complaints. I am shocked how cheap people's life/health is for some institutions. They dont know the difference between a patience and customer I will never let anyone I care to go to this hospital

Medcare is one of the best hospital around. The doctors are experienced & experts in their own specialty; hence there is a little waiting period as most patients stick to their own doctors. Doctors are with tremendous amount of expertise especially in surgical and in-patient care, ward doctor on duty is very helpful and attentive to the patients needs while nursing care is timely and they are passionate to the patients condition on the other hand the in-patient ward secretary on duty is of great help especially sending additional request to insurance for further assessment and evaluations and taking its corresponding approvals and assisting other needs of their patients. Dr. Yahya Kiwan is an excellent heart Consultant wit very high experience and expanding in his explanation to convince me. The doctors of the CCU are great and always beside you when needed. The whole nursing staff in the CCU are so friendly and very helpful. Medcare Hospital is a highly recommended hospital.

Very bad experience at joint and spine hospital on sh zaid road i have back pain and the reception staff have no clue how to handle the appointment it's already 40 minutes over my appointment time and they just realised they didn't prepare my papers. Will not recommend anyone to come here.

I had a prenatal check up with dr. Suha and she was very rude and quick!!! I arrived with my husband to checkup on our first baby. She was in a very bad mood , she did a quick scan and thats it! She prescribed alot of useless vitamins that other doctor informed me later that they will harm my baby!!! She didnt ask any questions about my lifestyle or diet nor did any blood tests to know whther i need those vitamins or not! My husband asked nicely if we can figure out the gender and she rudely replied that the baby's position wont help. She just wanted us to leave asap. In the end they charged me 955 dhs!!!! Such a ripoff!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! ( One star is toooo much!!!!)
We went to emergency becouse of difficult breath couth and fever, first of all we had to pay, then doctor had a quick check and said nothig serius, only a bit of flu thake 2 panadol and relax. We went back to hotel, in night time no way to breath so we went, the day after, in the closest hopital we found near the Hotel in Ajman ( really high quality help) and we discovery that the problem was not a flu but peural emmision with hart running to much fast for the effort to breath, he was recoveder immidiatly to the Intensive Unit care!!!!!!!

Worst experience with reception and administration!! To begin with they withheld the card till we finish our consultation with Dr and later they forgot to return the card. We received a call to collect our card. We visited the hospital and reception informed that they never found the card. Concerned reception informed us to apply for New card rather than putting enough efforts to find it. Inspite of several visits and follow up, we have not received our card back. Once again, we have been informed that card is with hospital but again concerned staff could not find the card.

The another issue was about sick leave certificate. At first instance, the online system was not working so Ms Suha responsible for issuing certificate informed that they will create leave certificate and send us by email. My wife followed up several times but no one was answering properly. My wife finally decided to visit again for follow up due to lack of assistance and responsibility. We informed them about such experience but they was no attention from anyone..

Please be careful when u visits the hospital as reception staff is irresponsible and unprofessional..

I had a back injury a while ago and I came into the walk in clinic on Saturday. I felt that the doctor didn't really do much to look at the issue and didn't really care. Then they gave me a prescription for shots but told me I had come back to the hospital or any clinic to get them. I gave the prescription paper to the pharmacy and got the box for the shots. I took the medicine to JBR clinic and they told me they couldn't serve me with out the prescription. But I had given the prescription to the pharmacy to get the medicine so I no longer had that. Which meant I couldn't get the shots that I needed to help my back! I was in a lot of pain and frustrated with the situation. They need to have a better system. Or an electronic system that shows I was indeed prescribed to have these shots so when I went into the clinic they would see. The nurses at the hospital were very friendly, so that was a positive.
