Good staff, doctor and nurses but the admin, accounts have the most annoying and shittiest service! Plus asking for an advance deposit even if you have insurance, and can't even refund back customers their money on time! You can call the accounts all day and they will NEVER answer.

When it comes to laparoscopy Dr.Hafeez is the best. He can be trusted in his treatments. I have undergone two laparoscopies with all comfort and satisfaction. IMH is a good hospital with good infrastructure friendly staff and expert doctors. IMH can provide you good experience. Doctors assured me no pain and it was absolutely right.

Poor standard for five star wanna be hospital, I had a surgery here, nurses were ok but I had my sunglasses stolen when I left my room to surgery. The food is really disgusting. No standard of care, they bring food from cafeteria which is cheap and unhealthy.

One of the worst experiences in the Emergency ward in the hospital, Dr. ADITI who was lead doctor in emergency really need to learn respect and how to treat the patients, she just want a reason to admit the patients, very bad attitude and I believe she is racist as well

Hospital should give her lessons for how to treat, respect and speak with patients.

Overall emergency service took more then 4 hours

It's equip with 1 doctor 2 nurse and receptionist which for around 5 beds

Pharmacy service good along with good behavior

Overall rate for hospital considering emergency ward I would give -10

Strongly recommend to avoid emergency ward if Dr. ADITI ON DUTY

They have this section so called "EMERGENCY" with 2 nurse and 1 doctor , It was almost 4 hours that i had to wait with my patient to get admitted, reception staff don't even care if any patient is under pain they just know to say that there are no Beds available, except the name there was nothing international in it.

Staff are very nice and polite. Dr. Nikita Trehan is a very great Doctor, she is really intelligent, my mother had problem for a long time and she solved my problem through one operation. She answers all questions, makes sure you'r comfortable, makes sure you leave office feeling satisfied with your care. I would highly recommend Dr. Nikita Trehan to anyone in my family or anywhere, a gynecologist like her is very hard to find..

One of the worst if not the worst hospitals here, had a serious issue in my leg, doctor recommended a test, done that, no valuable info of the results, then the doctor recommended me to have another test but requires insurance approval & transferred me to a specific surgeon, instead, i was put up with a different NURSE who is not a doctor nor a surgeon & was asked to wait for the insurance approval to do the test first, discarding the fact that they can contact the insurance on spot and get the approval, they made me leave with all the pain i had, never called back, contacted the insurance & they said there's nothing pending or even requested !!! hospitals & specially this hospital has become VERY financial & don't care a cent about the patients, they only want money from you and the insurance, totally NOT recommended, i regret all the times i have went there, and this is coming from a person who had a file from years in this hospital & this scenario i have faced multiple times. totally unprofessional

IMH sent a an sms msg with an offer of FREE cancer check for women until 15th March. However, when calling to book an appointedment they told me that I have to have an insurance card affiliated with IMH. Their offer was misleading without clear terms and conditions, which is extremely disappointing and appalling. I am extremely concerned about this type of marketing in such and important area such as the medical and health field.

Dr Sajimole is Super Amazing since it was my first pregnancy she made me feel very calm and explained every doubt the nurses during the delivery was excellent and even post delivery the room was clean as well as big on the whole I had a very good experience would recommend anyone who is pregnant.
