Really very bad hospital. Very rud Philippina staff. Every one going ther because of sickness. They make more sickness. They don't know how to respect and don't know how to take care of patient. Having fever going 3 days continues not yet reduce fever after 3 days want to consult the doctor they r allowing to meet doctors still v pay alot v don't have rights to consult the doctors. V ask about fever only receptionist giving answer she said v can't meet doctors. This is the way they treat the patients. Please don't go ther don't waste u r time and money. Also have to wait long time after that they will tel u can't meet doctors.

first of all my comment points on individual not in general
in this date my child was not feeling good and me and my wife took our children to belhoul hospital deira al baraha . we spoke to the reception and register our child for the checkup with doctor shireen and she told us to make ultra sound and urine test . then this is the main and unexpected story starts . his name is WILFRED he was in charge in ultrasound room the way he approch his altitude his behavior we have never ever experienced that in dubai for 10 years . from A to Z he was acting like he is in boxing ring . 😀 then we had to call the managers tried to explain the situation and complained on him .finally what i was sorry about is he had the same problem befor with other patients so make sure if incase you have to go to ultra sound room to be careful of his bad words and altitude .

Highly recommended! Special thanks to my OB Dr. Zarqah Noreen Shah for being so supportive and caring throughout my pregnancy and delivery. She’s simply the best. I had some complications but through her guidance i was able do deliver my baby healthy. I had an elective c section, satisfied with the cs cut, its not noticeable and healing and recovery was fast. Thank you so much doc. Facilities and hospital service was good too, All the Nurses and hospital employees were kind and helpful.

Dr. Lata Sudhir Iyer is the BEST Doctor in Gyneo. She is the most loving , caring and helpful Dr and you can trust her blindly.I was very worried about pregnancy but whenever i use to visit her, i use to be calm and use to get that positive vibe that everything will be easily done.
She is the best Dr , my delivery was done with no problems .She is like a mother figure. Not the least Reeba (Nurse with Dr Lata ) is very co-operative and helpful and smiling always.
For Anesthesia Dr Amir Hussain is Perfect. Within sec my epidural was given and i dint felt that i got something in my spine.

So I needed a surgery for Hernia and I did some research on which hospital would be the best for my surgery. I finally choose Belhoul Specialty Hospital.

Most of the Doctors and Nurses in Belhoul seems to have been working for a long time. It means Excellent Job Satisfaction. If the doctors and nurses are happy they take good care of their patients.

Unlike Zulekha Hospital, NMC and Thumbay Hospital they don't seem to have a commercial mentality. It means instead of spending hundreds and thousands of Dirhams in Celebrity branding and Advertising why not spend that money on giving better services and discounts to your doctors, nurses and patients. If you operate with commercial mentality you will eventually try to save money everywhere possible thereby compromising in service and quality.

Doctors and Nurses were very polite and very caring.

My surgery was done by DR. RAID HUSSSEIN ALI ALJUBORI. Good Doctor.

Doctor DR. LATA SUDHIR IYER is also a Very Good Doctor. She genuinely cares about her patients.

I had a surgery to eradicate or if not, to lessen my discomfort. But the doctor made it worst!!! The surgeon who did it is Dr. Premlal.I had a follow up several times but he keeps on saying that I will be alright.

It’s been a year but Im still having a hard time defecating and spending 30 mins to an hour inside the toilet almost everyday.

I had a 2nd opinion and told me that it wasnt repaired so good and I have to undergo another surgery again to fix the problem caused by my first surgery done in this hospital.

Instead of relief, I have to experience the pain of the process and recovery all over again!!!
They dont do their work properly. They just want the money from your pocket and insurance companies.

Went in emergency at 12:05 am on 12 November 2017 with child having high grade fever with shivering and we were told that doctor is coming in 5 to 10 min and after waited 50 minutes we asked if doctor is coming or not or else we take our child to other hospital then indian nurse TINDO behaved very rudely and one asian young male doctor who was doing chit chat with nurses at emergency reception said to nurse yes refund them money and let them go here and thereand we left from thereI highly recommend to everyone please do not think to go in emergency of Belhoul Speciality Hospital.

The WORST hospitality service ever seen in Dubai . I am here with my 6 year old daughter from last 5 hours , she is having fever from last one week and we came here to admit here via Emergency Ward. The doctors are good but the supporting team , WORST ever seen in my experience. Please if any authorized person's are checking this please have a serious concern . Feeling like Terrible staff shortage and even we finished the cosultation with the doctor and he do all the needfull from his side for admitting her in the hospital . We are still waiting for the room even after the payment and insurence approval .. if its the case of emergency admission what will be the case of the other patients .

WORST SERVICE and HOSPITALITY . Aug 14th, i took my husband to this hospital for the first time carrying my 10 months old baby. He had severe fever and i was asked to go Emergency ward. As far as i know that in emergency ward patient will be treated fast as much they can. But here i waited for 45 mins for first time patient registration. Later prescription of medicine paper was given to me with some other patient name not my husband name. Apparently pharma guy refused to provide me medicine. I went to earlier emergency receptionist and requested to help me for the original medication prescription . She gave a worst response ever i can imagine. no word uttered from her mouth. please . I had a worst time and bad service from this hospital.

Very bad service. It's very hard for them to pick up the call and by chance they receive the call, the call receiver don't have any information about the service. They r just transferring calls here and there.
Before entering the hospital, I asked the parking attendant about parking n the way he answer me was very rude n as per him there is no parking for hospital patient.
In short I love to give only 1 star coz there is no 0 star.

Dr. Awatif Abdullah is one of the worst pediatrician I've ever known. Being a pediatrician should have a long patience for the kids. She should be friendly and jolly with the kids. For many times we visited her clinic, I never saw her smiling. She is always serious and in bad mood. I understand that sometimes she's pressured or stressed but she should not pass it on with her clients. We are only visiting her because from the very beginning, she's doing the vaccination of my son and I thought that because she has the record of my son since birth, we thought that it's better to continue with her. However, our last visit was very unacceptable. She's so rude knowing that she's late with our appointment and we have waited for 40 mins. from appointment time. When she's checking up my son's throat, she's shouting to my son to open his mouth. Of course, kids are normally afraid seeing doctors. Then while we are waiting for the prescription, my son is playing and she is irritable. She asked us to take my son out of her room and she said it twice while shouting. As a mother, I was hurt that she's treating my son in that way and as a pediatrician, she should understand that kids are playful. Instead that she should help us and not to worry with what is happening to my son's health, she instead ruined our day. We will never visit her clinic anymore!
