I dont know what this arabic ladies are thinking about theirselves They dont know how to talk with people!!!! The telephone operator lady was talking ruedly Uffff i disconnect the call i cant tollerate her attittude.

I wouldn’t recommend this hospital. Especially the emergency department and the general surgery. Patient communications and relation is fairly low. Overall not a great hospital.

Parking is limited, but under renovation and valet parking available. Now they just implemented new system call ed salamah which is causing unusual delays in their service, but should be temporarily.

Its a nice hospital and the doctors are very nice .
Emergency department is quick response .
Guide Lines:
Cafeteria is on 13th floor .

I would not give even one star but I'm forced to because i want to write this review. Really it's horrible hospital and horrible staffs I think they brought them in the hospital for war not for nursing. My wife had very serious pain and she was 30 weeks pregnant when we went there doctor and nurse were talking outside and laughing they were in their own world like they were on vacation or something after 30 minutes she came inside and she was asking what happened in rude way. thanks Allah suddenly my wife said my pain decreased and I suddenly told her let's go out of this torturing place. I recommend DHA to look after this and I recommend people who want to go for pregnancy please look for some private hospital all private hospitals have outstanding service. I'm writing this to help people not to fell in such a horrible event that i fell.
