Connnectivity of hotel is very good to Airport, nearby shopping malls.
Limited breakfast options. Room wasn't clean. Room interior looks very dull and old.
Havn't had great experience with room service either. Not recommended!response / report this review -

I don’t like the hotel cuz of its staff especially at Front Desk as they are not professional to work in this industry. I don’t know why they don’t even know how to smile and give and eye contact to their guests and it seems they fed up with their job. 👎🏻

Very poor. Overly priced. I booked room for a night in an emergency. They charged me extra and the room given to me was very poor lights. Moreover the washroom pipe had a leak. I will not visit this property again.

A 4 star hotel with lots of food and beverage outlets with entertainment and outlets . have rooftop swiming pool . rooms are good. You love night life this is a good choice

Very bad hotel. Rooms had cockroach! and had very bad smell. We didn't have hot water to take shower. Food was acceptable and Cleaning service was terrible. I really had bad time in this hotel.

I requested non smoking room, however its full of smoking smell, bathroom is full of bugs and pests, loud noise of AC, only positive is staff

Good hotel. Near to Dubai airport so can easily reach there. The lobby and rooms are good. Swimming pool is small on the top of the building opened till 6 in the evening. The sunset view is just magnificent.

As general hotel is good but I have Un explain event from some employers with me.. first my incoming flights at morning so I came directly to hotel i think at 10 and show booking to reception but I think there is Lebanese / Syrians man didn't help me and he let my family sleeping at chair because there were exhausted unill 12:00 (cheek in) time in spite there was empty room. .it was shin full event I decided never come back again

Very noisy till 3 o clock am can't even slept till that time. Very loudly music in a bar. I was 4 floor and still listen that bloody noise till 3 o clock in the morning. I advise every one don't stay if u have families or kids.

Worst service especially the reception,I've booked a hotel here with double bed and they provide single beds,and I've requested for upper floor they've given me lower floor ,reception doesnt know how to communicate with customers ,his name is zeeshan inayat,he doesn't respect at all
