We went on a Thursday night at 10:30pm - it closes at 11:00pm - and there was no line to enter but we did have to wait 5 or so minutes to take the lift up. The view is spectacular at night though I am not sure if the price is worth it. It might have been if we had a bit more time to spend at The hotel and also had an opportunity to go to the ‘2nd level’ cafes. I would recommend purchasing tickets in advance (at least 1 month in advance).

Went to the Italian restaurant.thought Italian designer must be the best Italian food, right? Wrong. Worst meal ever. Service was intrusive. Food was plain bad. Risotto was not Dante. It was half cooked. Live music was far too loud. Really need to lift their game of they are going to be considered a serious player. There are much better choices in Dubai so unless you are really trying too impress your date, give it a miss

Armani Hotel.. It suppose to be top location for the leisure in Dubai. It is not. For many reasons. It is poorly managed. Staff members outside the hotel begging for the tips and overall ambiance is like "Even if You pay we won't serve you properly". Another money sucking machine without proper services.

I like this hotel though I think they need to improve their food offering. View on the back terrace was stunning with the fountain and architecture all around. I have attended a couple of conference and meetings in the conference centre. The food can be improved. The place is nice and elegant though, and offers a classy gathering place.

Had an amazing experience. The hotel is absolutely marvelous and the staff were really friendly. We were there last December to celebrate my husband’s Birthday. The room was clean and neat. We had a room with a view to the Dubai Fountain so at night the view was amazing with lights and music. Although, it was expensive but it was worth it.

Attended the 50th. Anniversary celebration of Habib Bank AG Zurich in December 2018.
Very well designed entrance/Lobby. Impressive and out of the box architecture.
Well layout and professionally handled event. Staff very courteous and more than happy to assist you with smiling faces. Excellent food. I intend to try their restaurant. With the standard they are carrying I have no doubt that the food and ambiance is expected to be the same. I recommend a visit to this good place.response / report this review -

Overall an absolutely great experience. Very good service. Spectacular views from the room. For one, as we got out of the taxi they took us straight to the room. A simple but great concept to avoid the check in lines.
Just a little bit pricy I think for the size of the room. But still overall great trip and great hotel.response / report this review -

Best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff is incredible and took the celebrations of my birthday and my mother's birthday over our five night stay very seriously. The staff were also so lovely to speak with and I really enjoyed getting to know them personally. The location of this hotel can't be beat. You're staying in the world's tallest building at an Armani property. The rooms were modern and perfect. Many hotels that we visited for dinners while in Dubai felt outdated and tired in their decor. I truly loved the classic yet contemporary design of the Armani Hotel. My entire stay was perfection. I dream of being able to return. The hotel staff was also impeccable at getting us the perfect guide to take us to the Dunes and to the Souks. Mohammad was the best tour guide I have ever had anywhere internationally and if you stay here, please make sure to ask Concierge for his information. He is the BEST.

Great hotel. Location was perfect. Building and ambiance were attractive. Fantastic restaurant that offers delicious breakfast. Room was very attractive and modern with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. We had a great Time.

Although I had a difficult time after my hotel booking company booked my layover here for the wrong day, the manager on duty and other staff ended up taking great care of me. It turned out being one of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Amazing views of the water fountain and right at the heart of everything exciting. 10/10 would recommend this place!

I booked my sister for a spa treatment on the last day of her Dubai trip to relax and have a nice pampering. My sister was travelling to Dubai as a last trip overseas as she has terminal cancer. The Spa Manager, Elena Moiseeva knew of this and said they would make it "unforgettable" and give her also a special gift. My sister felt very unwell before her treatment and was laying in the relaxation area on a bed and explaining to the staff that she felt sick. They completely ignored and dismissed what she said and told her it was time for her massage and she needed to get into her robe. She said they spoke little English and also were quite young. At the end of the treatment she was running to the toilet to throw up because she still felt unwell, and the hotel had no idea how to deal with it. The staff she said seemed flustered, inexperienced and far from what you would expect at a 5 star hotel. Adding to this, my sister didn't get any gift that the Spa Manager promised at the time of booking. I would say avoid this hotel at all costs - unprofessional, inexperienced and also far from 5 star.
