Good value for money place with good complementary breakfast with the ever ready and wonderful Rakesh Kumar & swapen on duty room service can improve and nice maitainace staff always improving the service delivery with nice gym and pool

Rooms adequate however breakfast was the real nightmare. They serve Indian breakfast with no variety 7 days a week. Wrost breakfast experience I've ever had.

Beautiful hotel with a serene environment and very amaible staff like Naheem,ahmed,shabaz..They come very handy.the day i lodged studio rooms were full so i was given another which was bigger than what i booked but i was allowed to stay till i was ready to leave dubai.I had a fantastic time.

Value for money. Nice hotel apartment. Close to anything you want from restaurants to laundry to Metro station. Good place to stay.

Great service apartment! Huge rooms, the 2bhk one has 2 washrooms, both of them have bath tubs and hot water. All the amenities were in top condition, really wanted to stay longer but my itinerary didn't allow it.

The staff were very helpful especially Rakesh Kumar. One I did not like is that they had only 1 room key card for a family of 6. That is the only turn off i have.

Excellent serviced appartments in Abu hail area.

Studio rooms have a small kitchen attached to it with basic utensils.

Cleaniness & ambience is overall good.

Morning breakfast is complimentary subjected to your booking package.

Nice place ,near airport .good marketing malls at walking distance .staff of hotel is very co-operative clean n nice rooms with all necessary equipment like iron, ironing board kitchen with refrigerator washing machine , etc

THE WORST HOTEL IV EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. Location is bad. Checked in at 3 am by 3:30 I checked out. My floor had no AC. Walked in to the room, no power no AC. They fixed it. The room had a bad smell. I looked in the bathtub, bugs and small cockroaches everywhere whereliterally. To bad I didn’t take a picture.

It's a great hotel with very good ambience and everybody is helpful here..it's neat and tidy and has a good gym and swimming pool and all the services are awesome.overall a very good experience.

It's near to metro station, mall and lots of restaurant. It is very ideal, if you have to go to Sharjah or Ajman for work and doesn't want to stay away from Dubai. Hotel is clean and you will get satisfactory utensils and crockery. Room size is good and daily cleaning.

Service is superb. Receptionist, waiter and the other staff is very friendly. Room cleaning is nicely done. Definitely will recommend people to try and stay in this hotel apartment.

Amazing Hotel! Whole family loves it, great staff very friendly to young kids. My daughter loved the receptionist. One thing I really liked was the kind hearted staff. Our reservation for the hotel got messed up and the receptionist was so kind enough to lend us a room that was clean high standard and one we orders for and called the company we booked with about the reservation at no extra cost. Definitely making a trip again ❤️
