Sky lounge does have a good view and quite spacious if you wanna host some events. A lot to be worked on the food.Please don't order Calamari fry. If you really wanna have, please taste first.

I was there for a conference. It's a nice hotel with an excellent location (very close to the airport). My room was quite big with an amazing Dubai Creek view.

Lovely hotel with stunning interior. The views of the city are nearly impossible to beat. The pool can have a few children in it so if you are looking for a few peaceful laps, it's not for you. The gym is open 24hrs and the staff are amazingly helpful.

The hotel is perfectly fine it meets all expectations of the Crowne Plaza brand, in fact its a newer CP so its better than normal. There is also a good pub/restaurant on the ground floor.

We had a fantastic time in the Crowne Plaza, the room was large with great canal views. There was a large TV with some channels in English, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a desk, small table and chairs, soft and crisp bedding and the staff were all very friendly and professional. The pool area was excellent with a choice of 5 pools and 2 large jacuzzis. The pools were heated in January and very pleasant.

I Don't stay Here. I was given a Room in Intercontinental. I had to walk to Crown Plaza for my Breakfast.
From what I saw. Crown Plaza Had a Amazing Lobby.
Crown Plaza restaurant.
Amazing Breakfast. With Indian chefs with Indian food in menu. Wide choice of food and varities. Multiple Juice options. Multiple Bread Options. Juice and Tea was Served to the Table. You had attended to serve you at the table. Eggs and Dosas where ordered to Table. Good courtesy. Only thing is you have to Give your Free Meal coupon at the entrance.

Weather was really nice. Good live band. Good food. Best Belgium beers! Nice view if you're sitting outside. On a clear day you can actually see Burj Khalifa.

My experience at this hotel was alright. It wasn't bad nor was it breath taking. The rooms are neat and tidy. We had a wifi issue in the beginning which was immediately rectified. I would say this hotel would be best if you are on a business stay and not leisure. Just the whole vibe of the room gives a business atmosphere. Everyone was extremely friendly and cooperative. The water closets in the toilet do not have a hand shower so you might have to think of alternatives. And in our room they did not allow an additional bed because then it would be cramped up. That was a disadvantage because we have a toddler who takes up the entire bed leaving very less space for us. The fun part was the hotel connects to dubai festival city, so when I would get bored in the hotel, I would wander off to the mall.

Always a comfortable stay. Close to the airport a d within walking distance of a much-improved mall. The rooms are clean and relaxing, the breakfast spot offers a good view of downtown and a wide variety of good quality meals. The health centre and pool are also great.

Great Hotel! Very close to city center. 10 mins drive from Dubai airport. Next to a huge shopping mall with great old Dubai creek views! Excellent service and hospitality!

Good service. But they should keep some over the counter and emergency medicine ready. I was having terrible headache one day and requested to send two paracetamols. The assistance desk, over phone, said, go to pharmacy in the hotel next door. My condition was not so severe as to visit emergency doctor. But I was not well enough to purchase medicine myself. It was a terrible experience.

The hotel is really good, with close proximity to the festival center. The best part is the entire hotel being non-smoking. They delivered a cake for our son's birthday, one that someone his age could eat. The breakfast spread is to die for, and the pools are great too, albeit not often used with the heat and humidity around.

Dubai Literary Festival is wonderful for book lovers. The food stalls outside allow you to relax by the sea maybe take a wall between sessions.

The hotel looks great and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable for a 5 star hotel. And you may use IHG rewards if you have it. The hotel area gets busy sometimes because of the conventions center next to it.

Rooms are great with a creative bathroom/bedroom split which enables one to control light and watch TV in the bath. Service at breakfast is fussy and tea/coffee is often forgotten
