Regular visitor here, nicer courteous staff, good ambience. Never had a problem. Nice pool and sufficiently equipped gym. Few rooms face into parking lots and backside of other buildings but apart from.that no major problem.

I was there for a Summit for two days. Liked the Lobby very much. Its a very wide Atrium and a Pergola Dome construction in the middle hosts thr Lobby Lounge /Cafe. Ballroom was good. AC wad too cold though.

Can't go wrong at this hotel. Less than a 5 minute drive from the airport and the perfect place for a great night's rest on connecting flights. The buffet is nice and food quality is good, and it has a good selection of restaurants within the hotel (sushi, Japanese, Lebanese etc.) so you don't have to actually leave the hotel. Rooms very clean, didn't use the room service or the in-house dining, but all in all a pleasant experience. Would return.

Good and timely service. The staff is really courteous, warm, hospitable and helpful.
The rooms are well maintained, ventilated, clean and spacious. Room service is timely and as prompt as it can be expected.
Food at all the restaurants is above average. Though the food seems overpriced.

I am a regular due to strategic position. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, nice cars parked in front. Rooms might feel cold and you probably have to turn off ac to avoid cold.

The hotel is very close to the Airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. WiFi is fast and available everywhere in the hotel.
Had a two days stay and enjoyed it.

Not great, but certainly not bad either. Large, but tired and dated-looking hotel. Located only a very minutes away from the airport and about a 20 to 30 minute drive to town. The staff are friendly, but the hotel really does show its age, particularly when it comes to the rooms. The wi fi, however, was fast and stable and free. Compared to other properties in Dubai, not sure how this place retains its five star ranking, let alone continues to bring in so much traffic. Perhaps it is the location.

Loved it.
Easy and fast check in service.
Staff were wonderful and very helpful.
Room size was good.
Not sure if there was a night club on site as there was very loud music at 11pm which was annoying but it might just have been my luck and there was some sort of concert at the same time.
This hotel is considered airport hotel although it's not attached to the hotel. It's just 2min by car

The Asian buffet night is really good. The quality of the food is amazing and for couple more dirhams you get alcohol included in the deal. Definitely coming back!

Good and brief experience with this place. We had got this place from Emirates due to flight ticket over booking. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and had lot of options.

The hotel is near the airport and it is very convenient for business purposes and for tourism. The rooms are very comfortable and the services are good quality. The breakfast is very variated and the staff is friendly and diligent. you can come and enjoy this property.

There for training, so just a day visitor, but my experience at the lobby coffee shop area was excellent, thanks to the wonderful service afforded by Joyce If you can, try the Apple Danish wonderful!

Best for Tourist visitors
We stayed here for about 4 days in Oct 2017 and we liked it very much. Rooms were pretty decent and clean. Services are prompt. Breakfast is good though you can get one Indian recipe daily and rest of the spread is mostly western and Arabian. More of typical start hotel breakfast spread and i can rate it 3.5/5. Special mention needed for Mr.Nicholas,helped us a lot for guiding local places to eat and where to go, how to travel and we got decent deal for desert safari ride by him after concession. You can walk from terminal 1 to hotel if you're not carrying too much luggage. The nearest metro station is Airport terminal 1 and metro bus also there. Another thing is Prime Hospital is situated beside this hotel in case of emergency. Again ready to stay on Roda Al Bustan if we visit Dubai.

Excellent hotel close to the Dubai airport. Room was very generous. Staff friendly. Pillows comfortable and shower a bit tight. Handy to other hotels and shops. I recommend this hotel for layovers.

After a long 36+ hours of travel all I wanted was a shower and a place to store my bags for my 10 hour layover. I called Roda Al Bustan and they could not have been more accommodating. They let me book a room for early check-in (9am) and made sure I had everything I needed to feel refreshed. I will definitely visit them again the next time I'm in Dubai.

I stayed here while on a layover, the staff at the front desk were very accommodating and offered to change my scheduled pickup time to return to the airport for my flight. The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. I feel that I would enjoy a longer-term stay here if I were to be traveling to Dubai.

Lovely 5-star hotel a few minutes drive away from the airport. It has a fitness center, pool, and nice clean rooms. When waiting to check in, they provide you with Catalan wine and a beautiful lobby area. It's very small, with only 4 floors and the building is older. Located in the heart of old Dubai, it's a lovely place to stay! Makan is also a delicious buffet with lots of variety.

Good quality hotel with great service. Rooms quite spacious and well furnished. Food quality is excellent. Location is perfect for Dubai airport, just 5-10 mins taxi or transfer.

Excellent hotel , quiet and nice location near to Dubai airport. Very good service , swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and restaurant.
The problem is, no near places for walking and shopping. 😎, But 15 minutes by a taxi you will be in the midtown (Deira)

Very impressive hotel, from the outside you wouldnt imagine it being a great place, but the moment you walked in, you are treated like royalty along with very impressive fountain design in side. Breakfast buffet and sunday brunch are fantastic, must try next time your staying here.

Had a 15 hour layover in Dubai and Emirates gave me a room here as a part of their Dubai Connect program for business class travelers. I asked for a non smoking room and the room they gave me first was non smoking but had extremely strong smoking smell as if someone had just smoked there. When I complained about it they changed my room and gave me another non smoking room which was fine. I also had lunch and dinner at the Makan restaurant there and the buffet was fine. Not very high end but tasted good. The room did not have enough charging ports and the connections required an adapter for US. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. It's fine for an overnight stay.

My third stay at the hotel and definitely not the last. Hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Very friendly and helpful staff, great environment, wonderful breakfast buffet and a cozy pool. Whenever someone mentions Dubai, I recommend this place.
