Security will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth.
I thought Dubai was known for hospitalityInstead the moment you dip your feet in the sea outside this place, security will wave a document in Arabic claiming it's a private beach. This is despite the lack of any signage to say its private or the ability of the security to read/translate what the so-called permit details. I suspect they are overzealous as to how far their property extends into the sea.I didn't see a boat that could take me around 'their' property.

Went to the Library Bar, has very elegant interiors with private areas if you want to spend with bigger groups. They also have outdoor seating. Don't forget to try their finger foods specially beef sizzlers.

I always wished to stay in this exotic hotel, and then I did. It's simply fabulous. Lush facilities and lush breakfast buffet. Everything about this hotel is super luxurious and fancy. Dress properly. And respect the norm of the hotel. One of the gorgeous hotels I ever stayed in, and i haven't stayed in Hotel De Paris so i might change my mind after that experience but so far i give it 5 out of 5. :)

Excellent location and beautiful beach as well as grounds and facilities. Service is also extremely attentive and responsive. The Ritz-Carlton Club staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a great hotel. The only caveat about this hotel is that it is a family focused property so couples, business travelers, or adult guests may feel overwhelmed by the tremendous number of children at the property.

Spent a few days here and I was very much satisfied. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The restaurants and bars served very good quality food and helped with every special wish i had. Also a very kids friendly place with a very nice water park and many options to play games. Directly on the beach, which is a regular clean beach.

Excellent location, friendly staff, good food. Restaurants are great, especially Caravan. This restaurant has a good view of the sea and the food is great. This is a good location for leisure as well as meetings.

We visited The Ritz Carlton Dubai in September, 2017 for my husband’s 35th birthday. We loved the hotel and every moment of our stay. Poolside bar and the location were great. You can just walk out on to "The Walk" with many shops and Restaurants. The Spa was amazing and dining & general restaurant option were fantastic.

I stayed here this week with my dad and we were beyond impressed with the property and the staff. For example, I was carrying an extra pair of shoes in the lobby and without asking, an employee came up with a bag and asked if I would like to put my shoes in it. Everyone was so thoughtful. A special thank you to Alvin in the club lounge!

Afternoon tea in the Lobby at the Carlton Ritz was one of the best tea experiences I've had so far. I'm gluten free and the food was out of this world. Xenia specialise in gluten free dishes and the afternoon tea was one of the best I've ever tasted. Ambrose was also excellent and he knew the exact moment when our tea needed some hot water! I'd give six stars if I could! Beautiful surroundings, harp music and awesome service!

A wonderful honeymoon/birthday holiday of a lifetime! Everything was top of the range but the staff at the hotel was just outstanding!! Tomas, Kis and Joanna from the club lounge, just to name a few. Vishnu from Nepal at the La Baie Lounge, Vlad from Serbia at the Palm Grill, John from the Philippines at Splendido and our Italian friend Giovanni at the Blue Jade made us feel so comfortable. From housekeeping, James and Harrison kept us amused on a daily basis with new animals made with towels. Fantastic! We've taken a lot of amazing memories with us and we're sure to remember them for a long long time.
Thank you to each and everybody at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai!

Lovely meal on Christmas Day Champagne Buffet, delicious food, lovely location, good music would recommend. One slight complaint the service let them down, had to ask for drinks & clearing obviously due to demand but that's not our concern. Lovely singers in the lounge in the evening

Amazing place to much things to explore huge place . Beach is joined with the public but very well maintained and clean and next to it there are all the water activities that u can do and rent pools are amazing and a beautiful view of Dubai eye from the beach

The Ritz Carlton Dubai is unfortunately not, what we expected when booking it.
While the location at "The Walk" is boring since it is a boring place, the beach is not private and there are loads of people walking by.
The garden has parts that are widely unfinished. There isn't even grass - only loam.
The thing that was still more disappointing was the hygiene. The carpets were dirty, the washrooms and day beds as well. What a mistake in a Hotel of this category.
My email to the management was left without an answer. Management seems not to care.
I cannot recommend this place.

Ritz-Carlton is a very good family oriented hotel, amazing surroundings just a walk away from the beach. We have so far thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend to our family and friends. The Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Ritz-Carlton Jumeirah Dubai has exceeded our expectations and I would like to take this opportunity and thank all the staff@Ritz-Carlton Jumeirah Dubai for making our holiday an unforgettable experience for us. Awesome place, suites come with balcony views on the Arabian Gulf and the swimming pool.
Service from receptionists to all others are outstanding.
Food is good.
And if you are in the Ritz Club level, then you are lucky to have the club lounge benefits.
The pool area is great, clean, & ready to treat you. Access to the beach is not far just steps away. Enjoy ur stay.

Stunning hotel. The swimming pool area is so relaxing it feels like you are in Maldives with the cabanas. The room was large maybe just a little outdated. Service was kind and very caring. The only down point to the service was that they let someone know our room without confirming if we knew them. It's a little weird. Apart from that it's a very recomendable experience. Try out their brunch it's to die for !!

Wonderful place furnture and close to JBR. The hotel is luxury. Good atmosphere in the restaurants and wonderful spa. A bit expensive but it worth it.

The location is fantastic and suitable for young couple and family.

Very beautiful building and the staff was polite and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel to folks that want to stay closer to the marina area. Proximity to restaurants and metronidazole an added bonus.
