Nice enough hotel, room was clean and comfortable. The big plus point is the wonderful staff, the majority of who came from Nepal 🇳🇵Nothing was to much trouble, definitely service with a smile ☺

Wifi sometimes work, sometimes not. If you are on the first floor, you will hear the loud music coming from the 3 clubs downstairs. Except that, the room was fine and service was fine.

1. A bit costly if you see other hotels in the same price.
2. You can stay with your girlfriend or wife but not good for family.

Good average priced hotel. Neat and clean with all facilities. Valet parking. Nightclubs a bit loud at night, you would only have a problem if you are a light sleeper. Pretty centrally located. Had no problems with the hotel and would use them again.

Health club is very good.
Mostly all types of gym machines. Few cardio machines has no power. There will be no personal trainer around gym. They provide towels for gym, swimming and bath. Sauna or steam is available mostly everyday. Swimming pool water is always super cold during winters. Jacuzzi has warm water, not hot water. Staff is very good. Shower is also available with hot water, useless soap and shampoo.response / report this review -

This room cost over 1900 Australian dollars for 6 nights. And this is what I found :
The good:
The staff were very friendly and tried their best to help you.
The bad:
The country Club airport transfer did NOT arrive, after 7 emails asking me information about my flight details took a taxi instead.
The hotel does not call you a taxi, you have to take their private cars or hail your own, although the valet was really helpful (but you should tip them.
The hotel did not have a working mini bar. So you cannot store cold drinks.
For room service. the food was bland, and the Cafe is not connected to the hotel. You pay when the food arrives, you cannot put it on the room. But you could pay electronically or cash.
We had a cockroach in our room and tolerated it, but when we took a shower for the 3Rd day, and drain began to come up from the sink.
We asked for a different room and luckily they had another room very promptly which was very helpful.
The new room smelled like smoky so we opened the windows, but this might not be ideal to do in summer.
On the 5th day we had no water to take showers, but after calling maintenance, they fixed it in about 15 minutes. We had to run the water a little bit to get the water clear and after this it was ok.
The wall paper was dirty and smelled moldy. So I would not come here if I have allergies.
Last but not the least the internet is very very slow and you need a new activation voucher every 24 hours. I was unable to do work while in this hotel and would not book this for a business trip.
Overall the hotel staff is very helpful. This was not a good hotel for business (slow internet). Mold was very prevalent, so not ideal for people with allergies.
2 stars for good staff, but dirty and unmaintained hotel.response / report this review -

In grade of 4 star it exactly is 2 star.
Room belongings very dirty with ugly surroundings.
Worst hotel ever stayed.

Called them up about 20 times and each time they said that the resort's requested was unavailable. They finally have is 2 rooms at their place in Dubai. Their carpark was a new with all filth and dirty/broken old furniture placed along the sides. The Capek also had open drains that were smelling. The rooms were noisy even at 3am and on complaints made, they said that it was the weekend and they could not help it. They even deducted an extra holiday of us without notifying us. Worst club. Thieves!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Slightly older hotel with neat and clean rooms which are spacious. Great choice of restaurants and bars for entertainment.

Budget hotel in the chain of hotels of country club.it is 4 star proprty and have very good Indian restaurent qureshy. Very good roasted and grilled food. Veg and non veg. It has bar , night clubs. It has health club. Rooms and suits.

Ok hotel, felt very 1980s inside. Room was clean staff were ok. Breakfast was good in the morning. A rooftop pool basic, but fine to go for dip at end of the day.

Best in class 4 star hotel, they have 4 clubs. Tia Maria for Filipino community, Jockeys for Russian Fans, Players Lounge a sports bar and Sukoon an Indian Dance Bar.

Never Fall in trap of these cheaters. They allure you with false promises and then siphone-off huge amount from you in the name of membership to premium club. In fact they have very cheap and third class properties and aweful customer service. #BEWARE of them

The location's accessibly to important landmarks is quite convenient. And the rooms are really comfortable with an acceptable breakfast choice. The staff were friendly though I didn't like the security guys in lobby that looked like gangsters!

It is really inexpensive for Dubai and has good entertainment and bars open till 3am but it is a 15 -20 minute drive to the city centre and main beaches

Had Brunch at their restaurant.. the variety of food was good. Taste was upto the mark. what was lacking was more options for vegetarian dishes in their main course. To end it the Desserts had a big variety.

Great location, very central. No metro stations nearby (if you want to walk it).
Accommodation:
Decent hotel. Not the kind you want to book for a relaxing vacation. This is more like you stay here just to sleep comfy and are out most of the time exploring.response / report this review
