  As always, my home away from home, comfortable room, reliable Wi-Fi and still the best breakfast in town.. do not allow the very very very officious breakfast room marshall to force you to sit at a table without a view.

  Nice Hotel, very friendly staff, exquisite restaurant on 1th floor,
  breakfast menue was great
  I just prefer the ocean site ambiente (like at camps bay) - I'm not a downtown fan hence just 4 starts

  Only one saff member on duty was a issue. The poor man was battling to manage. The Clun sandwich was OK however the bacon was cooked very hard.

  Nice hotel but absolutely horrible parking arrangements. I saw a number of guests getting confused about where to go and what to do. Not a great start to my stay.

  The staff ambiounce working points tranquility lunch bar buffe rest rooms all these are stunning.

  staff treats you like a king or queen it as if you are the only guest not crowding you but with you all the time.

  My experience at this hotel was the best part about my trip to South Africa. The room was inviting and comfortable. The hotel staff was just phenomenal! They were able to help with anything that we needed.
