Great, clean and affordable hotel! Love the rooms - and the service! This hotel is well located, and easy to get to and from all the tourist spots! I normally use it during my business travels... Definitely highly recommended for business travelers.
Good coffee spots in the area too 😉

Awesome view from our balcony! Staff was very helpful with my birthday plans. Not to far from the action and night life. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay and our room.

Enjoyable, comfortable with a good restaurant and pool. Rooms are spaciuos with kitchenette, airconditioning, large bathrooms with shower and bath. Most rooms have a balcony. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also covered parking with security guards.

Really enjoyed my stay. Everything was exceptional except two things.
Breakfast is quite expensive and your limited to 500mb on the wifi.

Location is great. It is a walkable distance to the waterfront and a Spar grocery store. The rooms are nice, the only problem was the water temperature in the shower fluctuated.

This was the worst of anything connected with Marriott or Protea that I have ever stayed in. The hotel tried to cancel my reservation two days before my arrival and demanded full payment for my week-long stay upfront -- despite the fact that I already had a six-week old reservation confirmation. The shower in my bathroom was difficult to use - it turned side-ways once you turn the water on (it was fixed after my first day). Room cleaners broke the lock on my bag and rummaged through my things -- perhaps looking for things to steal. The man who helped with my bag to the room could not (or did not know how to) turn on the light in the main room - he was able to turn on only the light in the bathroom. The facility itself is not bad, but I just did not enjoy my stay.

Very close to the VA Waterfront - walkable and a shuttle is also available in the evenings by the hotel. The location is great and the service is awesome! We Got a free upgrade, the hotel room is very spacious, two floors with the bed on top! Excellent choice.

It's on a busy road but with access to many fun places. Rooms are good with basic requirements. Best thing is the bed is laid with two bars of chocolate on the side

Very good hotel (stayed 5 nights). Good, walkable location. Internet connection only fair. WiFi signal is strong, but internet link is only fair. Coffee shop behind (Table 13) has good internet link. Lots of restaurants in Green Point and V&A Waterfront.

I booked a room with a view of Signal Hill. The package included breakfast and a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. This was confirmed in writing to me
    • Check in took a long time as the receptionist was waiting for a senior person who was on a long phone call. A person came after me was looked after before me.
    • My room was without a view of Signal Hill
    • The reception supervisor argued with me about the package giving a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival.
    • The hotel refused to give me the promised bottle of wine.
    • One of the lifts era out of operation for my stay.
    • The staircase had an obstruction.
    • The manager was not available.
    • My account was debited with R45 for parking. I did not have a car as I was dropped off.
The staff were unhelpful and done nothing to resolve the problems.

Great service, walking distance from V&A Waterfront and squeaky clean.

A good hotel. Courtyard Marriott standard. Ideally located 10 walking minutes from Waterfront and Stadium, 3 min walking distance from the gay bars/restaurants.
Ask for a pool view which is quiet.
For the swimming pool itself you need to cross the car park. Be aware!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Air con in the room is very very noisy
Front desk not very efficient but if you are on holiday, its ok.
Still, Good value for money in Cape Town!

Very pleasant staff. Gym is great. The Lofts are a small home away and although set in a busy area of greenpoint, location is fairly central and all in all a very good selection for CT, business or Leisure.

Central location, a lot of sites are a walking distance away from the hotel: Bo-kaap, the waterfront, Long street.
The hotel offers a daily shuttle to the waterfront free of charge, and safe transport to anywhere in Cape town with a reasonable charge.
The staff are absolutely fantastic and helpful; from booking tours to reserving a table at restaurants in the city, especially Thulisa at the front desk.
