Cheaper than Builders - found same light fitting for R300 less! Also good variety and they also stock whatever fitting they have on the floor, so no waiting! Very helpful assistants too who are efficient and friendly! Better than Zebbies and Aurora too.

You can normally find anything electrical here, definitely my go to supplier. More often than not there is a queue but nothing too hectic. Prices are great as well.

Always a long slow queue. Staff do not appear to give customers their full attention, easily distracted. Not uncommon for a sales person to get whisked away to help another customer or disappear for ages.. Be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait.But variety of goods is great and they will try and source if they don't have. Maybe that's why one has to stand in such slow queues

Wow. What customer service from each individual. As a female who is not articulate with my electrical needs, they were patient and never made me feel incompetent. They listened to my needs and suggested various options. I can't wire things so they have a service (minimal cost), and do it for you. Thanks so much to all involved in getting a reptile heating pad working as well as a heat lamp for chicks not snakes.

Generally long queues with loads of people on the phone and maybe only 2 or 3 people getting helped at a time depending. Best to phone before and make sure they have everything than wait in the queue to be told they don't stock whatever you after

Not a great selection and staff were not helpful in recommending an alternative. In fact lied and said Eagle lighting were closed at 1 pm! They were actually open til 3 and had a much wider range.

Reasonably priced and good service. Just check the quantity of products you purchase before leaving the store. They don't count them well despite double checking.
