They have a great catalogue of very well priced products. Made an order for a new flex printing bed a glass printing bed and a pack of new leveling springs and screws. All great quality packed well arrived about 28 hours after placing the order. So I'm very happy and you guys just got a new repeat customer.

Outstanding knowledgeable and helpful service!
My 3D printer had been playing up for some time and after trying every single home remedy available, I took my machine into Netram.
Robin gave me his knowledge opinion which was confirmed by Brendan. These two guys could not have been more helpful and went way beyond what I would have expected from any hardware company staff.
With the deepest thanks and appreciation for what Robin and Brendan did for me, my 3D printer is printing than better ever before.

Just want to say thanks for the great service and friendliness i have received till today. I have been buying random stuff for a long time now and never had any issues. Ordered online Thu, 24 Jun, 16:25 and 4 minutes later got a email order is ready for collection. Others should learn from you guys :). Keep it up guys

The only reason I am giving this company two stars is because the employees (Not the Owner) was friendly. From the minute I entered the shop I felt the owners cold stairs. He did not even greet me. The shop assistant helped me with some questions I had. After I purchased more then a Thousand Rands worth of merchandise, I realized my phones battery died and I needed the GPS to get home. I suggested buying a USB power bank if there are enough power to last me on my way home. THEN the owner tried to sell me his cheap brand usb power bank for the same price they have on a much more decent power bank. The shop attendant told him but that Power Bank has less then half the power of the other one for the same price. The owner did not like this at all. I will never go there again.

Solid selection of electronics/robotics parts, with great staff who are very helpful.

Be it for an arduino build, raspberry pi or just general parts, this place stocks it all. Very reasonably priced too.

The staff even managed to help me decide on what I needed for my project, and are very knowledgeable.

Helpful staff! Nerd heaven :)
They WILL have what you need for your arduino project!
They also have some 3D printers and can print parts for you. R50 per meter of filament used if I recall properly.

The components come as is, it would be nice to have some documentation as to how to connect and use them. Especially since depending their orders, a batch of components can differ from the ones displayed on their website. (ex: water level sensor)

Good stock of all things Arduino and 3D printing. I do not do 3D printing but as an avid Arduino and Electronics builder and hacker, this place have satisfied my requirements 9 out of 10 times. Friendly and helpful service, good stock, and nice variety with perhaps a little bit too few items available in the components category. Netram is worth a visit.

Great to be able to touch and see the products in real life before purchasing. Usually electronics stores keep everything behind glass shelves. No contact with items. Not at Netram, there you can see everything up close. I really enjoy shopping there.
