You are a disgrace to China. You have always been rude and blunt but now you have moved without any real publicity of the visa section. But not that only you now don’t do express visa so I am missing the Shanghai show next week with normal big results One day it will come back and bite you. I will never go back to the visa section again or buy machinery from China. Stuff you and your rude staff

Everything is wrong. First of all: they refuse to utilize email and document attachments with it.

Then instead insists on using fax, come on FAX? Then where the BS comes in: their fax works but then never answer the phone. Only emergency number is a cellphone number.

Then the staff: utterly unhelpful and inconsiderate. Giving off the French to English attitude vibe.

When you visit/contact here, make sure to prepare fully.

I thought JHB was bad! Cape Town put the cherry on top of the worst experience I've had in years! The anger and stress that has been inflicted on me over the past week has probably taken years off my life! Quick question why are we making it so easy for the Chinese to enter our country when they clearly are doing everything in their power to stop us from entering theirs?

They are NOT open 24 hours. They only operate between 8 and 12. They don't tell you what you need once off, they send you running back and forth. The security guard is awesome, but the people inside are rude and cold.

What a load of bullshit, took forever to find the place after walking for over 5 km. We were told by the security guard that the website times are bullshit and the consulate closes at 12 pm it's not open for 24 hrs as they state on their website. Waste of our time, and no one ever answers the phone. Ever
