Deposit required and not made clear in invoicing process. Therefore, feel I was overcharged as didn't agree to that amount. No compromises made when this was address resulting in poor customer service. Will never use them again. The service charge for a fully functional machine was 1/3 of what I paid for a new machine.

I suggest buying from alternative online players. Waiting 3 weeks for an order with no feedback is a very bad experience. My first order is also my last. Thanks

TL:DR If you can find it on takealot , use them instead .
Ordered from them on the 1st of march , didnt hear back until the 3rd where I was told that delivery would take 48 hours , called back the next day and was told it is acutally dispatch that takes 48 hours and they actual delivery time can be up to 5 days . I waited 5 days with no contact from them , called them again and was assured my delivery would be here today . Still no tracking number and still no package
Update: My package will be arriving now sometime between saturday the 11th and Monday the 13th however the other half of my order will only be DISPATCHED from the 20th . an absolute nightmare . never again.response / report this review -
