Just stunning, My boyfriend took me here on our anniversary. At the restaurant they decorate your tables for special occasions, with rose petals and candles it is spectacular. Their gourmet food is so delicious , the menu is amazing, and their dessert is very impressive. The service is so good and the people who work there are very friendly, they will take photos for you if you'd like. It is a beautiful environment and makes for gorgeous photos. The hotel is also so amazing, there is often entertainment downstairs by the restaurant with a pianist and singer.

Comfortable hotel, the room finishes are old, but provide a feeling of an authentic classic hotel. It connects directly to the casino for quick easy access to emperor's palace. The restaurant is well equipped and very elegant. The staff are friendly and well trained.

Inattentive staff, very poor wifi. Rooms are much like other hotels but staff who would rather stand around chatting to each other rather than helping guests ruin the experience

Neat clean standard lux. All you need to be comfortable. Home from home.
Comfortable bedding. White linen king size bed. Pool service poor. No towells No waiter to take orders. Breakfast excellent. Oyters for breakfast wow endless range to choose from.

If it was possible to give a hotel a 10 star I would. A stay at the presidential suit will make you feel like a king. With fantastic rooms an just Devine food at your doorstep.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Great service from check in to everything else. We stayed on the 5th floor and had access to the club lounge - really nice lounge and worth paying the extra. Very convenient with easy access to the entertainment area.

For a suite in a 5-Star hotel, I was very unimpressed. There was no hot water in our room when we arrived and the phone didn't work, so I had to walk to reception to resolve the water issue. I then walked to order room service which took forever to arrive. When room service arrived, they had forgotten the drinks we ordered, and it took another 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive. The TV was not worth watching as there were very few channels, and the signal wasn't good.
I also don't understand how it took 3 days for my online payment to reflect on their system. I would never go back, and the only reason I haven't complained to Peermont is because I dread the idea of them offering me a free night there.
I'm only giving them 2 stars because breakfast was great in the morning. Without that, it would be 1 star from me.

Such a nice hotel! I booked my wife and I in for a night of fun at Emperors Palace to celebrate our anniversary, when i got to the front desk they heard that it was our anniversary and upgraded us to the presidential sweet free of charge!! This was a night to remember and absolutely worth it!! For all the staff that went out their way and received us, thank you we felt like a Million Dollars!! This was really a 5 star experience!!

Awful service and room. First, the two room keys of my room is out of order, so I go to the reception to fix but that guy just trying to ignore me Oh, a five-star hotel? Seriously? And the water temperature controlling system in the bath tub is out of order, the water will be really cold for 10 seconds and super hot for the next 10 seconds. I can't even take a bath normally in such a '5-star' hotel.
