It's a really nice hotel. I was attending a conference so I didn't sleep there. Their conference room was average but they made up for it in service. The staff members were both professional and friendly. They offer lunch meals which was amazing. I would definitely go back.

Good service and neat rooms. I was there for one day conference. It is easily accessible and has a secure parking area though it is too tight, have to be too careful not to scratch your vehicle.

Could not put charges on my room. The food was overpriced and of a very poor standard at R225 a plate. The bottle of complementary water in my room had been opened by a previous guest and not replaced. Absolutely no frills. Would not recommend.

A very peaceful and chic hotel that gives one that tranquillity. It has a very lovely fountain in the garden and greatly positioned garden chairs which gives one a peace of mind after a hard day's work.

Friendly and professional staff in the kitchen but the reception area-staff can be improved.
Location is great if you need to be downtown but if not consider other options.
