Nice but could do with a few touch ups,my room fridge was balancing on a brick,; the inrernet was not reaching my room and i needed it for work , could do eith more tv channels and attention to detail in the bathroom, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Would i stay here again yesmost definitely

Beds are fine,some windows in family room do not close properly, food is super, bad side is in the bathroom having one towel really in a 3star family room that can accommodate 4 ? Think twice.staff has hospitality and very understanding chef.

Clean and restful with Friendly staff. Plumning issues. Water overflows into corridor. Television stations change randomly while you are watching. You have to call reception to restore what you were watching.

Don't really know why there has been so many negative reviews, they've been really good to me, very clean (my room and the premises) and the staff are very friendly. Only downers of the hotel (for me that is) is the shower. The shower I had was horrible, so rather draw yourself a bath. Everything else was in accordance to a 3 star hotel which Villa via Midrand is

A very abusive and racist owner.Fired 3 employees same week.Saying he want Malawians.He says he doesnt want to employ locals.He employs foreigners and exploit them.He pays them paltry R1 500.He is boasting that he had employed Zimbabweans.Now he is firing them and replace them with Malawians.

My experience at the hotel was bad. The bed sheets were very dirty, you'd tell the previous guests who were there before me used them and the hotel staff never changed them.

When we woke up in the morning there was no water (Both hot and cold) and when inquiring with the lady at reception her response was "I don't know" we than requested to speak to the manager; he was unapologetic and said there was nothing he could do.

This was the worst customer experience ever, I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
