No hot water, TV was fuzzy and signal kept running off and you could tell the bathroom needs a major update as toilet could not flush and all the noise from the restaurant made ut hard to sleep. Had high expectations. Not very pleased.

This hotel is located conveniently very close to the Johannesburg OR Tambo airport. A hotel shuttle leaves every 15min so you won't miss a flight. Great venue for travellers. Restaurant is above average anf serves tasty meals, the breakfast is especially nice, full range of fruits, juices, fresh cooked eggs and bacon. Relax in the bar or at the swimming pool. Rooms are average size, nicely appointed with complimentary wifi.

Excellent-all round great staff-exceptional levels of service. One or two niggles but where these faults occurred you could generally get them sorted straight away. Above all else should be complemented on their communication-really kept one informed and updated and made you feel at home and pampered. Food and the surrounding venue(ie the airport cost them the star-but as far the rest is concerned, really impressive. Pity didn’t take many pics inside but if the exterior is anything to go by, you’ll be enticed.

This hotel was the LOW point of an otherwise amazing tour package.
It is OLD AND IT HAS HUGE COCKROACHES
I was on the 4th floor and Mr Cockroach mad an appearance around 1am!
The air conditioner DID NOT WORK! Maintenance came once at night and once in the day.
Neither got the cold air working!

Do not stay here.
It is NOT a 4 star hotel.
SPLURGE and make the last day of your vacation awesome, rather than the nightmare that I endured!

Wonderful service, friendly staff, free shuttle between hotel and OR Tambo; spent 1 night from Zimbabwe to Lesotho. Very affordable as well 😀

im giving 3 stars based on the 500 mb complimentary wifi the hotel gives. i went to bad hotels around gauteng which gives unlimited wifi.please provide unlimited wifi and not that 500mb complimentary wifi.

We stayed here for a night while waiting for a delayed flight. Staff were helpful and accomodating, the food was excellent and the experience was professional. Only thing holding back thst 5th star is that while the rooms are good, it feels like they are due for an upgrade.

Very good airport hotel. My experience of arriving at the hotel wasn't the best due to a cancelled flight but the hotel staff did their best to accommodate us despite the circumstances of having almost an entire flight dumped on them. They remained smiling and friendly which really improved the bed experience. The food was decent and plentiful and the rooms were very comfortable.

Wide choice and plenty of good and well prepared food! Forever friendly and helpful staff, even when you are not looking. A colleague covers her food with a serviette and go outside to answer a call. An uninvited staff member from nowhere simply brings a proper food cover; she covers the food and leaves! What a service!
