Just checked in, it's raining outside and we tried the bed, the sheets are itchy!! Can't imagine how the shower is if the bed is like this. Asked them to change the sheets, but I want my refund for tomorrow's booking because I booked for todays. Worst experience. First impressions count most and I won't be booking here ever!

*Not the elegancy I expected, at least they had a heater.
*The further your room is from reception, the lower your wifi access
*Every time you leave the room and come back, Dstv needs rebooting.

It's a serene place to relax. So small so that one gets an individual attention. Good service with a very dedicated staff. Always clean.

So called four star lodge. Toilet seat cracked - to the credit of the staff, it was fixed after it was reported. Towels are thin and washed out. Breakfast (eggs, bacon and sausage) was cold. Air conditioner does not heat. Some plugs don't work and is awkwardly set under the coffee table, you must go down on hands and feet to plug in kettle and lamp which is not done before guests arrive
