I hired out a costume on friday for the weekend and come Monday when I need to send the costume back (in order to receive my deposit) their office hours are not flexible enough for the working person. I work from 8am to 4pm in pinetown and I just don't know how I am going to return the costume during the week. Please fix this as I know a lot of people who are having an issue with this.

Was one day late with the hire of costume and they totally unwilling to refund deposit or even just a pro-rata payment. Guy got all agro about his 'rules' - could swear he was wearing one of his own batman outfits!
