Started off a bit shaky due to our room not being ready on time but once that was sorted the stay was beautiful.

Great stay at the square boutique, room was comfortable and clean. Beautiful location less than a mile from gateway and hotel provides free shuttle service within the area. I liked the steam room and sauna. Rooftop pool is small but serves the purpose. Above all, the staff were exceptional; the ladies at the reception deserve commendation

Excellent stay at the square boutique hotel. I especially loved the scent of the hotel in both the halls and rooms. They offer a buffet breakfast with a decent variety. For those who don't eat breakfast first thing in the morning or don't have much time, ask for a breakfast pack.

Great service,friendly personnel and very good location, just a Mile away from Gateway mall n other shopping centers.breakfast was of good quality;rooms were really neat .I received value for money.

Nice hotel in good location. Breakfast was interesting with kitchen not able to cook soft done eggs (severely overdone!). Butter also not available at breakfast "due to hotel being very busy the previous day". Clearly management totally absent from restaurant. Had difficulty leaving as exit gate was locked. Had to reverse and leave through one way entrance.

Not worth the spend. Accommodation good, everything else is terrible. Service to food to amenities. Don't book here for that price. Ul get much much much better sea facing hotels just a minute away. Got tricked into booking there.

Beautiful boutique hotel off the tree lined street. Hit the rooftop pool or bar for amazing views.

Very nice. Started out rather basic but has excelled over the years, been here for business and leisure and can easily do both. good facilities. Nice roof top spa and food is good too. good location as well in the Umhlanga area.

Clean and modern hotel with easy access to freeways. It does the basics well at a competitive rate. Best suited for business travel as opposed to leisure as it is not walking distance to any beach, though a fairly short drive to beaches and 15 minutes drive to upmarket restaurants in Durban North and less to restaurants in Umhlanga
