Great hotel. Great attention to guests need, especially there is a guy called Mandlavery good. Down low is that water comes out of the room if Air-con is not on.

Zimbali is by far the best resort\hotel I have ever been to. With the most friendly staff I have ever meet. This resort has by far the best food I have ever tasted with many different options with an all you can eat buffet with amazing food and pastries.
The rooms are by far the best part with spectacular views. They have amazing and clean bathrooms .The rooms have a Great amount of space (the sweets have 3 rooms a kitchen, office, 2 lounges and 4 bathrooms).These rooms have by far the best room service I have ever had with almost every restaurant available for room service. To summarise these rooms are absolutely spectacular.
At Zimbali there are countless things to do for the entire family including a spar and gym for adults (kids only aloud in gym with a person over 16) and a pool for kids. There are many sports you can play at Zimbali including soccer(bring own ball), tennis, indoor squash courts ,an amazing gym, cycling and trampolines.
To summarize Zimbali is by far the best resort/hotel I have ever visited(I have been to Zimbali 7 times because of non repetitive fun) Zimbali is definitely an amazing place to go with family and friends.response / report this review -

We stayed 2 weeks and no one fill up the shower gel and the body lotion. The dinner was not suitable for children. It happens to ask the staff if the macaroni were spicy and he said no. My 3 yrs daughter couldn't eat them because they were spicy. Every evening the dinner was almost the same.

Zimbali is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. They offer a luxury stay in a exquisite setting. They have gym facilities, most probably the best I've come across for a hotel. You can always finish your workout with a walk to the beach. With several restaurants you will never get bored.

Absolutely amazing experience. Awesome food, great service and staff going out of their way to assist and make you feel comfortable. Indeed a luxuries and comfy experience. Can't wait to come back here.

A refreshing and amazing experience. You almost get the sense you're not in South Africa. It is beautiful and tranquil. I intend going back at least once a year.

Came here multiple times in past years. Beautiful hotel, awesome pool, great service. Recommend the pool restaurant at the big main pool. All food always perfect. Zimbali Suites however is a huge disappointment. The hallways to the suites are very dirty like never cleaned ever and the suites feel like bachelor pads. Odd furniture and no decoration, except 2 misplaced paintings. Fridge opens to the wrong side, no international power outlets.

The Valley of Roses. It is perfect any day any time. I loved Ayoba! restaurant they serve Mexican food their food is out of this world and 31° restaurant their deserts are amazing their space is not just tables and chairs they have sofas for your to relax whilst waiting for your order.

BEAUTIFUL resort & location. The rooms are spacious and well maintained - absolutely loved the free standing bath. Breathtaking views from the rooms, awesome resort pools and a great beach bar with direct access to a private beach. Also only 5 minutes from Balito.

The best holiday resort. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was so good to us. We chose perfect place to spend our 10 year anniversary and what memories where captured. We will be coming back.

I must confess that many other five stars seem to ensure that things happen. For example a mini bar is checked daily. A bigger variety is offered such as chips etc. Noticed when I was packing my clothes that the top of the cupboard was dirty. However everything else was fantastic. Notwithstanding the aforesaid it was great.

Very relaxing and safe environment. The reception area is welcoming and always scented. The landscaping of the resort is well maintained. Accommodation is a bit pricey IMO. The beach is very rough so you will not be spending much time on the beach here. The resort is within short driving distance of modern shopping centers in Ballito. Halal food is a little scarce in Ballito but you will find it if you look around.

Peace , tranquility.. Kids love the pools. seems like it was conveniently designed for their safety as water is not too deep. A perfect family environment, a heaven for the kids and it's always found neat and clean

Can't give this amazing resort less than 5 stars. Great location on the beach with fantastic views from rooms and most areas in the resort.
Rooms are plush and very comfortable.
