Emperor's Palace is a multi entertainment centre from Peermont Group which has casino, cinema, theatre and various restaurants and bars inside the property. The parking is huge and facilities are clean. The theme of the whole setup is Egypt and have taken inspiration from them. Good ceiling paintings attracts you and every year they held Garden of Light show too. Thanks

Best gambling place by far machines are simple to operate, register load cash then you are good to go. There is a great place for the kids while you go about your grind. Day care and kids zone available. For the food lover serious variety from traditional, popular restaurants and some international restaurant chains available here. See you there😆

Beautiful place! So beautiful! We were there for a week and I loved it! It's expansive so be ready to do a lot of walking from one place to another. But still, it's beautiful. Make sure you visit the food courtthe views are breathtaking and especially the sky!

Really nice setup and all round friendly. Lots to do and see for all. Some good restaurants and some not so good in terms of food quality though. Need to examine the menu first before deciding where to eat. The festival of lights is really delightful during the Christmas period the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. They have great conferencing facilities as well been there a couple of times and haven't been disappointed.

Was a clean place. Service was excellent and no waiting periods. Disadvantage is the lack of diverse things to do. Would be great if one can have a bigger variety besides the gambling and movies.
Not all people visiting the casino does so as single or couples without kids.
Lack of family value entertainment and would be good if that can be looked at.
Overall a good experience and great service and definitely good customer relations.
Ample parking and plenty of security walking around and looking after vehicles. Loved the singing characters on the entrance. Made me feel very welcomeresponse / report this review -

rooms are very small
Hotel is so far from everywhere
The service staff are good and kind. Also it's located next to an area that has couple of good restaurants and bars. There is also 4dx cinema.
As it's very close to airport, during night it's quite noisy and not easy to sleep.response / report this review -

Always a great vibe. Best Spur! Nice movie house. Parking is much better since improvements were done. Great place to hang out, love going to Emperors!

A reasonable corporate conferencing venue however, I am not overly drawn to casinos. Some of the hotel sections are decent and there's lot of space to move around. Once the dazzling lights have dimmed, there appears an ominous presence of black card holders who seem to return night after night.

Conveniently located close to OR Tambo International airport, this multiple hotel, casino and entertainment venue is the better one on the East Rand side of Johannesburg with easy access from the main highways.
Parking is limited and can be challenging when they running shows, however the parking attendants are helpful and friendly, even if one have to park quite a distance to walk to the theatre.
Inside the casino it looks like any old fashioned gaming places, just bright and colourful.
When going with kids, they do not have a separate kids bathroom / restroom especially for girl! Rather tricky when it is a daughter & father day out!
Their snack / soft drinks kiosk next to the show theatre are rather ineffective and slow with only one till or two, the queue simply do not move, tried twice once before the show and once during the short break in between, both time could not access!
The chairs number inside the theatre is somewhat difficult to read considering the dark room, perhaps more light on the floor will be welcome.

Wow what an amazing hotel. To be expected being 5 star. Good service, plush rooms and open areas. We stayed on the Club floor and had access to the lounge. I recommend this - there's drinks available throughout the day and food in the evenings.
Reason I gave 4 stars is cos of the confusion with the vouchers I was supposed to receive. The deal included dinner vouchers but the counter staff were confused about this and we didn't get the vouchers. Disappointed about this especially being a 5 star esteblishmentresponse / report this review -

The ambience is so tranquil, yet enjoyable and fun experience for family, couples and/or friends. Has all the necessary facilities one could use especially in these hectic fast lifestyle we living. There's entertainment for both adults and children, Octavia spa for a massage, you can allow the children to watch a movie while the elders hang out at the Odeon cocktail bar. If you are exhausted from all the fun, worry not as there's lots of hotels to choose from in the same vicinity. Awesome place to be.
