The hotel is between 3 and 4 stars. Service is excellent and that alone deserves 4 stars or even more. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are ok but an upgrade is hopefully pending.

Attended a conference today and everything ran smoothly, the venue was clean and tidy and the refreshments provided were adequate. Staff were friendly, I will recommend this venue for conferences.

The air-conditioning in two rooms were broken and we could not be relocated to rooms with working aircons. Twice there were mix-ups with our bookings. However the rooms are neat and functional for business trips. The breakfast is good.

Attended a workshop and everything was pleasant and well layed out. We enjoyed lunch afterwards at the restaurant and the food was enjoyable. Just a little strange that a couple of birds hanging out inside the restaurant and when everyone was seated to eat I noticed the birds on the counter eating from the salads. The staff didn't do anything about it so I wonder if this is the norm it shouldn't be!

Am very pleased with the PH Centurion by Marriott. Always the hotel of choice and I always stay here when traveling for business to Pretoria. Breakfast staff should be called hosts as their skill and attentiveness to guests are amazing, especially Cameron,Mxolisi, Zandile and Alwin working on my side of the breakfast room on both days. But observing them all a good functioning team. Your food is great and my dietary needs seen to. Karabo at front desk made sure I'm comfortable as my room was just finished with refurbishment and she had promptly moved to to a room with less of a paint odour. The staff over exceed my expectations ALL THE TIME. till my next visit. Keep it up!

It is noisy, the bed sheets have holes in them and the toilet is leaking. It's generally over priced and there is constant activity and talking throughout the night. Not a good place to stay if you're tiered.

I thought overall it was okay but only one elevator was working and that was a bit inconveniencing. The room was nice but you must also consider putting toilet brushes in the bathrooms.
I also did not like that everyday I had to sign a slip for breakfast when it had already been paid for in my room fee.
Additionally I thought it was rude whenever I ordered food and was asked to pay for it upfront. I can not eat food and not pay for it when checking out.Most hotels I have stayed at just add the bill to the room, especially when we had already settled the full accommodation bill. And the food is very nice.

We had a wonderful five day stay here. The staff are warm and friendly, the rooms are top of the range and the pool is beautiful. I'll definitely come back. I also loved the courtesy shuttle extended to guests, and the proximity to centurion mall.

I wish they could do something about the smell next to the hotel(lake). Apart from that great staff and clean hotel. Conveniently close to a large mall with good restaurants within walking distance
