Parking not that amazing, very small and limited. No street parking available. Was there for conferencing which was okay. The food selection at the lunch buffet was great, even the tea time selections were great only problem do not eat their muffins don't know if its always like that or a once off but the muffins were horrible.

Good host these people are clients are not just numbers but people that are taken care of. I love the atmosphere from the guards outside to the reception personnel, even the cleaners and maintenance It's a good place that represents being an African well well.

This is a good place to be.
The has never a degrading in this hotel since ever I know this place as far as the nineties. Food, rooms, hospitality, cleanness, security, you name them. Oh gosh it is manific

Food enjoyable & good, humble & professional staff. It's a pity we could not get buffet as the hotel was not catering for that as there were no clients at this time of the year. We will go back mid January as their buffet is worth the wait.

Professional, neat, clean, user friendly etc
Room for improvement (bar fridge in rooms)
How about "old skool" iron delivery to door?
Otherwise, everything works out just fine!

The service is emaculate. Their staff is friendly, the food is really good and most of all you will never be bored with their daily performances at the bar to decrease those stress levels after work. I enjoyed my stay.

Very good conference facilities but many of our delegates were denied entry to the dining area for lunch because it was "too full". This delayed our programme & the last delegates had only 15-20mins in which to eat their meal. I would expect that the hotel would know its capacity or be able to accomodate patrons at busy times in alternative venues.

The service at this hotel is wonderful, their staff are well trained. The only thing I didn't like was the noise from room but nonetheless I have a lovely time here. I can't forget the food of course

A bit noisy if your room faces the main road, however, the friendly staff is certainly a plus. Reliable and efficient shuttle service gets you to and from the airport. The restaurant has a large variety of tasty foods in their buffet. Breakfast is certainly the best I have experienced in Pretoria.

The food at the Manhattan is very good, they have a very wide variety of meats, especially at dinner. Their staff is moderately helpful, a few years back they were the friendliest around. They also offer a free shuttle service to certain places which is a big plus. The neighbourhood is very noisy and if you are on floors one to three and on the street side sleep is difficult. Some of the guests can also be rowdy. The decor in the rooms is very dark, but the rooms are quite clean.

What a great hotel! The facilities are awesome, the staff extremely helpful and the food is excellent! It feels a lot closer to a 4 star hotel to me. The only thing is that the area is a let down. Its great that its barely 5 minutes from the Gautrain station, but its surrounded by taxi ranks and hawkers. The streets are full of potholes and litter. I really did not feel safe walking from the station to the hotel, and that was in broad daylight. Parking is also a bit of an issue But overall I'd still recommend it. This is a classic case of local government NOT creating an environment conducive to private business to thrive in. If they did, they clean up the surrounding area

This is the best hotel in pretoria, they offer the best food and according to me, there is no other hotel in pretoria where you get to have a variety of food to choose from at any given time.

Decent enough hotel with excellent staff. Quite a noisy location with cars tearing up the road outside the hotel into the early hours. Handy to have a small gym although some equipment was faulty (elliptical kept switching off, exercise bike seat stuck in lowest position). I ate in the hotel for the whole of my week long trip and the buffet served up good quality food. Only other downside that really should be looked at is the lift situation. One lift doesn't work for uneven number floors yet if you call the lift from one of those floors you hear the lift arrive, the inner doors open and then nothing. You then need to wait for that lift to go, press the button again and hope the other one turns up! Suffice to say I got quite fit during my week long stay on the fifth floor!
